    Default Mansion88 stealed 24000 euros

    I had a thread here about Mansion88 shutting down account without any reason but now it is time just like I thought to change it a little.
    They shut down my account after a good winningstreak 8 days ago.Of course they did not tell me anything,it was just locked.After numerous contacts with a really bad customer support I got to know that it was permanently shut down,no reason was given.They promised me my money to my neteller account,first they promised me you will have your money on wednesday.Of course there came no money.Then I was bounced around with bad excuses,no emails are answered by Mansion.I had 24000euros on my account.
    Today they told me verification process will take at least a month.So they are not going to pay me at all.No one knows why verification process takes so long.I filled Sportsbook complaint here on SBR but it does not obviously help in any way.So Sportsbooks can just steal if they want to!

    Too bad harald. Well, truth is, even if we file a complaint here in SBR, books can always ignore them. Anyway, just do yourself a favor, keep checking with them every other day though they say it would take a month. At least they would know that you are not letting them get away with your money. And for one, they cannot just close your account. They can lock it, but they cannot close it Coz there is no bookie that closes account which has funds in it!

    Well.I thought they could not shut down ny account in this way,but that is what they said thay have done.

    Today they told me,they can't pay more than 10000USD to Neteller or Moneybookers so they have to review my bank account and put everything there and this is a month's process!!!!!!!!!!
    On the other hand the same person in live chat that confirmed my papers had come and confirmed that they were accepted last week now wants me to send mew copies.Phewwwww,of course they will pay......No they are NOT thieves.
    When I ask why they do not answer my mails I get no answer at all.

    Do you mean that they are not stealing my money.When they say come back after a month I do not see it as very possible that they suddenly then will pay.Of course it should be "stole" or "steals" in the headline.Or "slowapying" if one really thinks that suddenly they will pay after such a long verificiation process.If I believe everything they say,every time they say next month,I could wait one lifetime for my money...

    i'm having a similar problem like harald, but i don't like handling my disputes in an open forum until all other possibilities are gone, so i don't intend to post much more than this one unless this issue continues to drag on. i would like to back harald on this though: the behaviour of mansion88 in this matter is ridiculous and very very disappointing.

    the facts of my case (from what i can tell, very similar to harald's) is mansion88 closed the account and doesn't want to give a reason. just to be straight: i've seen these complaints on sbrforum before, there's no foul play on my part whatsoever, and mansion isn't accusing me of anything. subsequently, they admit they owe funds, but keep asking for documents they already have and keep delaying the actual payment of the funds they owe with "empty" reasons like "we need to verify" (and then refuse to say what they mean by this).

    First of all, there is nothing to verify, i've played there for years without a problem. Secondly, even if there was, this shouldn't take up to a whole month, especially when it was their decision in the first place to terminate the account. Closing the account is within their rights, but then holding funds "hostage" for an absurd amount of time definitely isn't.

    Thanks noyb.I do not know if this is the best thing to handle things.But they surely deserve to be written of.Apparently this could happen to anyone.They admit that they owe money,they do not accuse me either,BUT I repeat the same verification process of one month to put money on my Neteller account that I have withdrew to many times before,that is not real....
    I have been betting for many years,used earlier some bad bookies,and when a bookie tells you after a month we will pay,that is a really bad sign.

    Given that both of you are experiencing the same situation, it would make sense to file a complaint and see if we can't get some type of resolution for you. Waiting a month for payment makes no sense. It is a warning sign either way; either bad management or lack of funds.

    Asked livechat again today,but just standard answers about verification process.They indeed have the worst livechat there is.Ok I did not wait for any answers either,just hoping to get my money when noyb got his..........

    Ohh thatīs really a bad news for me I have an account to mansion88 but I often used that because I also have 12bet...
    But I didnīt have any updates for Mansion.. That is why Iīm suprised to this thread..What happen to mansion

    Mansion88 has been obviously in trouble since May, but it gets out of it now.

    Harald hasn't replied this for 3 months. Did you get the money?

    all of us got the money in the end after waiting weeks. we updated regularly at the time, either in another thread or somehow part of this thread has gone missing.

    With Mansion you need to complain to First Cagayan if they start playing up,they roll over like a puppy dog when you do.
