I thought Neteller deposits were always fee free at Pinnacle?
But I've just been charged about $7 on a $300 deposit.
What's going on?

Have you done interbook transfers with Pinny?
If so, the rules say that you lose free payouts and even deposits i think..

My last payout was $500 at the end of June and since have made about eight deposits,
it's the only the last 2 deposits (both today) that I've been charged a fee on.

ah, did you do an instacash deposit? pinnacle charges for instacash neteller when i had neteller..
