Yesterday, I received a phone call and an email from these guys apologizing for delay the in processing for a withdraw that I made Monday. They quoted a specific date for delivery, which wasn't beyond a reasonable timeframe from request to receipt these days anyhow (about 11 days).

The delay sucks, and im withdrawing because they cut my limits, but that level of customer service is unheard of. Ive never been quoted a specific day for delivery of funds from any book before and certainly never had anyone call to apologize about a delivery delay just 3 days after the request.

Doesnt dalton of MVP/BOS own this place. They backed up the truck and took all the equipment, drove it to panama and opened up shop there. Some of you owed money by BOS books actually should stake a claim in ownership of this dump.

A- was given waaay too fast for BO, out of all SBR ratings this is the one i trust least. Always remember that there is a relation to BoS, one of the biggest scam books ever (that left the building).

SBR has a huge affiliate deal with BOL. They make 50% on losses of all the losers they get to signup through this site, thus the high rating. Whether you want to believe it or not SBR is a business first and foremost. SBR john has become very wealthy off his affiliate deals, VERY.

Cheers for the info guys. Obviously SBR makes money from their ratings etc etc but at least SBR are a lot more honest than the other "sportsbook review" sites you see around the net

Betonline ... Definitely do not deserve A- ... at best I d give them a C

Took them 3 months to pay me ... Yes it was a 4 digit amount but Pinny would pay this in 30 minutes ... so how can anyone put these guys even remotely in the same category as Pinny...

I Love Bill Dozer and the team they are doing a great job putting all these muggers in place from time to time ... but they must have shares in Betonline if they deserve an A-... not an ounce of honesty comes from these guys... so BOL - do u hear me !!?? - please do not come over here and try and promote your new website with the kind of cr*p that it is easy to win on the roulette ... surely you can give a little more credit to your customers' inteligence... you want to desrve the A rating go to your boss and tell him resign and start a new code of conduct ... it is called integrity .... C that is the most you desrve with or without the new website... it all start with basics called honesty and integrity and the foundation of all is "DO NOT LIE" to your customers... I have been waiting for a long time to tell the world about you guys ... thanks for the opportunity.

with what method dod it take you 3 months? i have had numerous withdrawls with check and wire and it has aways been withen 10 days for wire and much less for check. my last free check withdrawl for 2,500 i had them call me a week later to see if i had recieved it and it was recieved! currently waitng on a wire. i have had my problems with this book, but a speedy payout has never been 1.

They paid me by checks - but it was a large amount so it was many of them - they said that I can withdraw $2500 every 3 days (for that limitation alone they cannot be placed in the A category) and dont forget every check by fedex cost me $50 not even one free check for non US residents ... then it became a check every 3 business day ... then it became once a week ... then once every two week ... took 3 month to get the money ... what I am trying to say is -Perhaps they are not thieves in the pure sense of the word as I received the money at the end but .... they took my guts out in the process ... they did not stop lieing ... new excuse after excuse for the delay ... but I v been in the game long enough and I heard it all ... so only after threatening for to the forum they moved quicker ... but other than that they were bullies ... I got much more money than that from other sites like Willhill or Pinny... in both cases it did not atke more than a day (pinny at worst case a few hours)... even Bodog paid you within 2 hours every single time like a swiss clock so place this bunch (Betonline) at any level close Pinny, Willhill or Bodong is an insult to these books ... they should put on a pedestal and Betonline should polish their shoes... C is the best they deserve.

I won quite a lot there so I got nervous when my balance reached a certain level - so I decided to withdraw $5000 at first... minutes after my withdrawal request they closed my account with the excuse that they do not accept non-US residents as clients any longer... I couldnt even access my account to see my balance or my last couple of pending bets... and from then onwards I was on the long path of Via De La Rosa.

Anyways ... Betonline ... C is all you are getting from me ... anyone who wants to dispute this ... speak to me I will send you copies of script of my chats with them ... at least 50 times I had to contact this bunch to get the full amount paid ... who wants to do business with people like that ? ... and to rate them A- is most definitely decieving ... Sportsinteraction who rated D or so - always paid me with 2-3 days, Bwin rated C- always paid me within 2-3 days... justice guys justice... that is the only way I can have my revenge these guys Betonline, for what they have done to me - Torture ... Via De La Rosa ... and I cannot shout this loud enough ... I m grateful to have this forum to be able to do this ... I m gutted every time I speak about betonline... I get seasick when I think of them or what they have done to me over a period of the 3 months - I dont wish it to my enemies.
I am presently getting a similar run around with a bookie called Skytowercasino (part of gamblerspalace group) ... they owe me $5K since 29 June 2009 and they paid 2 x $500 in two month ... I believe that there is a fair chance that I will get paid at the end, within a few months ... but why would anyone want to go there ... they are giving me all sorts of stories of why they not able to pay ...some banking limitation ... come on guys ... if a bookie cannot pay he should not be in business ... should file for liquidation ... but to rate this bunch C above Bwin and Sportsinteraction is a joke ... I filed an official complaint with SBR and I hope that it shake them up a bit ... no results at this point... only promises promises and more promises.

so uv82, you have a similar problem with betohoenix? they only offer 4,000 max withdrawl a month? i agree, the low limits on withdrawls by these books is a joke. deposit as much as you like but then limiting the withdrawls is defenitely questionable

BO has been sending me reload e-mails recently.

I was banned around a year ago and accused of some variant of match fixing (in the NFL). I'm pretty sure its was standard cover all bases verbiage. But I continually receive their spam.

I called them to inquire about their 7-1 three team parlay odds a few yrs back and something about what the guy was telling me and the 2 people I spoke to rubbed me the wrong way. I had the feeling I was dealing with dishonest people and thus chose to avoid depositing.
