I get weekly calls from BetUS, even though I've requested multiple times to be taken off of their list. The guy I got today was a complete jackass. He asked me why I haven't played with them in awhile, in a rather accusatory tone. I told him that their customer service sucked, and I moved my action elsewhere and I'm not interested in using them again. He lied and said they had an A- rating, and then he got really irritated when I said it was a lie and started to quote SBR's rating.

Has anyone else had to deal with annoying calls from BetUS?

I usually lie absurdly when I get telesales annoying me. Moving to the Southern Pacific is one of my favourites.

You have call waiting? I don't answer unless I recognize the number. Once football starts, the call should go away. Otherwise I would be pissed like you if they called every week. Just tell them they are a C- book and you only play with A books, then tell them to f\*\*k off.

I think they've called me about 5 times in the past month. I won $600 in their casino about a year ago and haven't used them since. They seem bitter.
