Default Bet Guardian

Wondering if anybody could lend me some insight into Bet Guardian. I've recently started looking into something I have not done for a long time, which is join a new book and I've narrowed the choices down to just a few, primarily based on the experiences of some of my Forum comrades.

Anyway, Bet Guardian.....Any good? Apparently I signed up there years ago and never got around to depositing. I now know this because some gentlemen from that establishment left me a detailed message including my login and a promise of a nice football season promotion if I return his call. I know they are rated a "B", but forumite experiences seem few and far between for a book that has apparently been around a while.

Regardless, any input would be appreciated.

Same as Justbet
Limits are $250 on most stuff. Itīs possible to get 500 on MLB thou, i asked them in live chat and they raised it from 250 to 500 for my account..

Imo the only value there are the bonuses, lines are vanilla and follow Pinny on every step they make. Donīt expect to get a good number.

As Zelda says, they are very Vanilla. Not much you will find here, that you won't find somewhere else. That said, they do have very good customer service and sometimes good bonus offers.

How big of a bonus are they offering you? I might want to get in on the action.

I worked out a deal with Bet Guardian in writing via emails to have my limits set higher... I said I would not deposit that amount without the higher limits. After about two weeks of phone calls and negotiations everything was set. My rollover was set to $75K. After six bets, 5 free plays and 1 regular they cut my limits in NHL by 75%. I still have a $53K roll-over left with them. It didn't matter that they promised the limits in writing, the management said if I didn't like it I could have my money back however I would have to forfeit the $1,800 I had won at the time.

So, that is my personal experience with Bet Guardian. I definitely would not recommend them.

Oh and in case your wondering, I bet around the same time each day; no steam plays or trying to do anything nefarious.

Thanks for the information comrades. Interesting stuff...Particularly your experiences, DukeJohn.

Xyz, I don't know what kind of bonus was being offered as I have not got around to calling back yet. However, their website details a 50% freeplay bonus up to $2500 deposit.

DJ,

We would like to inquire on your behalf. We are reviewing their B rating and considering an upgrade now that payout times are faster. If you took the time to put it in writing then we would expect them to cash out your winnings fast and agree to part ways. Bill@SportsbookReview.com

Bill,

I will happily forward you all the emails between Bet Guardian and myself. You will notice I dealt with Valarie. However, I do not have phone call transcripts. Later, it was Butch that cut my limits and the CS person on the phone said she was sorry but he does that sometimes. I will also forward you the emails from the complaint form I sent to SBR. I was quite astonished that SBR decided that outright lying to me by BG to get me to deposit a larger amount was not unethical and furthermore that reducing my limits to $250 was acceptable because SBR deemed a $70K rollover was, I guess, easily achievable at $250 limits. I was stunned by SBR's decision in this matter and the comments that I should not have dealt with the CS person from BG, that I should have only dealt with the Manager.

Since, SBR was not going to help me, I began to place only high risk bets with them trying to just funnel my losses with them, but alas it will still take a long time and you can bet, that now that I am below my original deposit, if I asked to have my original deposit back and they just eat the losses, as they suggested I do, they would not go for that.

Anyway, I will be forwarding you the info...

I deposited last week for a 50% free play. They said their wire minimum deposit was 5k and that they'd give me the 50% on the whole 5k. Credited my account in a day + $30 for the wire fee.

Limits are $250 and less ($100 on alt runlines) MLB has a dime line. Everything else seems extremely limited in terms of wagering offerings. Everything straddles pinnacle. My rollover is 75k. Starting to think this was perhaps not the best idea.

They do appear to have +180 on NFL 3 team 6pt teasers.

I've gone in with a smallish deposit but was offered a 60% freeplay (That or 25% cash). Very informative and helpful chat on the deposit so it's good first impressions, that's for sure. Won't have quite the rollover as you Durito. Hopefully you can get through that somewhat speedily.

Keep in mind that this is a recreational sportsbook not intended for sharp action.

If anyone has a concern, shoot me a PM and I will deal with it for you guys.

Shark the annoying thing about Justbet/Guardian is that you guys never have a good number. At other rec. shops you can find a decent underdog dog line easily, Guardian never moves away from Pinnacle. NEVER

Thank you so much for the offer... I have resigned to just giving them my high risk dog action, which should eliminate the balance. Of course the only dog action will be NHL for me and my limits are really low in that department... hmm... Anyway, I will marry the balance with another more reputable book and give them my true action.

If the balance does increase then I may be given ya a call...

Thank you

I donīt know how those guys make any money besides peanuts, if i deal sharp and juicy lines only why the hell wouldnīt i raise the limits so i can get some bigger bets in on those lines.
Itīs not like anybody could grab a good number there anyway. Worst business model ever, nobody needs this book and nobody will advertise for them.

Stumpage I dont know if you are still wondering but I did some research and found some stuff out about betguardin.

they have been around since 1991 and offer loyalty and cash back programs if you have losses which is called their guardian guarantee Instead of me copying and pasting here is the www.betguardian.com review which also talks about deposits withdrawls and their phone number for further contact information.

If there is anything else I can do to assist you please do let me know.

Default beware of Bet Guardian telemarketers

If anyone decides to play at Guardian/Justbet, don't give them your real phone number, maybe give them a number that goes strait to voicemail. They constantly call soliciting business.
