12BET change their logo recently. But they did not change anything on the web page. Literally it was just the logo that was changed! Are they upto something?

I doubt there is anything in their policy that requires them to inform all customers before changing their logo, sportsbetting did the same thing a couple of weeks back but it is no big deal, I still bet there and still take their money.
