The passport you submitted was a forgery. This is irrefutable.

They have refunded your deposit, which is a fair resolution under these facts.

In this case, there is no doubt that the passport is a forgery. The date of issue is 2009. Ukraine changed the format of its passport in 2007. The 2009 passport submitted in this dispute uses the format from prior to 2007. There are a ton of other red flags as well, but the date of issue is irrefutable proof of forgery.
