Which books in your opinion initiate line moves? Offshore books or Vegas books? And which ones?

I think the Hilton in Vegas is a big originator and mover and Pinnacle hands down offshore... This is my opinion, Id like to see what everyone else says...

Everythime the asians(12bet, sbobet, mansion88) move, pinnacle takes the line offline and it takes 30seconds or longer and they put it back

Hilton will put up numbers before the offshores sometimes.

Most Vegas books move on action with smaller limits.

Very few offshores move on action. 95% move on air.
