As RickySteve says, if you bet the same bets at each book, you likely will eventually get limited or have one account closed. We have got complaints on this before, but it has to be expected. You are smart to ask ahead of time.

Yes, I asked this question by email and phone last year at both places. You can have an account at both places, but like JoshW said you cannot use the accounts to circumvent limits. I wouldn't even use the accounts at the same time if it was me.

Yes. DSI has dime lines for baseball, albeit with a rather low cutoff. Also, other sports don't have same lines 100% of the time.
