What concerns me the most is that they use the palpable error rule to there advantage, they will void any bet that the odds have gone against them. They send you a onscreen message saying its been voided due to a palpable error or ratio error but i know the odds was correct just 30 minutes before. Ive had 9 wagers voided in the less than 2 weeks ive had my account. All odds correct but if there is a big movement they dont change there odds and void the bet saying its error which is clearly false. This book reminds me of Shilbet even though i didnt have a account there.
Another thing that concerns me is that you can deposit by Debit/CC, Card4Pay, Moneybookers and Bank Transfer however they only refund you back to your bank account and the minimum amount you can withdrawal is £121 so anything less then you cant get it out
