US-friendly books that offer live soccer betting?

It seems that all the books I look at that have a lot of live soccer betting don't accept US players. Any suggestions for books that don't require teeth to be pulled when you want to get your money out?

Honestly, most US friendly books are friendly because they focus on US sports.

SBOBet has lots of soccer available for live betting. They take US players. Many threads on them here:
