Ok I made a withdrawl request from WSEX just 5 minutes ago, 4:10 Central time on August 2nd, 2009. Lets see how long this takes, and if they have gotten their issues taken care of. I paid the extra $50 for the courier fee. Live support said 1-2 weeks to receive the check

I deal with 2 other books online, and 1 local that never give me a problem, always fast payments. WSEX on the other hand has been just horrible, waited over 5 weeks two seperate times for checks this past winter, and that was even paying the $50 fee (of which they did credit back to my acct). I heard every excuse imaginable as to why I wasn't receiving them checks. I really hope they got it back together, or I am out of there for good.

I live in Canada (i don't know if this makes a difference) but usually request 2-3 checks per month. I pay the $50 fee almost everytime and have always got my checks 3 weeks later (even over the past few months). Its only when I havent paid the $50 fee that the checks come anywhere from 2 to 3 months later.

Not a word from WSEX on a tracking number yet, its only been 3 days since requesting withdrawl and being told it would take 1-2 weeks to receive. Just want to keep everyone updated. I would not recommend anyone to deposit on WSEX right now until WSEX has proven that the problems have been resolved. Over the winter when I was waiting for 2 "LARGE" checks for over 5 weeks each, I started to think it might not even be worth it, and to just take the money as a lost. Once again I would recommend that nobody at all deposit on WSEX till the payment issues are resolved. WSEX may have a nice book with pretty good lines, but if you can't get paid what good is it?

I've been waiting since June 1. I call every Friday and am told that WSEX "processor" hasn't gotten to my "batch." My withdrawl is for 5K. Hope you have better luck. JPS809

After 2 smooth withdrawals with wsex they back to their old ways of slow pay... their Neteller & Moneybookers gateways is down again and the techs are working on it... this sad story I v been hearing for nearly a year....do you think that these guys will ever come right?

I sent a private message to WSEX representative here on the forum and he didnt even bother to reply to me...

sp lets take stock of WSEX as at today:

What 3 days? I have accessed WSEX website every day with the exception of a few hours on Saturday.

Chuck Sims, you are not the only customer of Wsex - I couldnt access the site until yesterday afternoon... apparantly US customers gained access quicker than others

Send an email to sportsbookreview and they will take care of it. I had the same problem. I did not get my check for 2-3 MONTHS...so I emailed sportsbookreview and I got my check within few days. I will never go back to wsex again. I have a much better sportsbook!

when i first started with bodog things like that would happen.and then all of a sudden it seemed like everythignchanged.now i got my last two checks within 3 days of my withdrawal

dearest wsex,

since it's been over 3 months since i requested the w/d, and i have yet to receive a tracking number. i have pretty much given up the hope of seeing the amount in a check format before the start of the football season.

is it possible then, to cancel my w/d request and reverse the 5k back into my acct? i'll pay the 100$ fee to xfer it out via inter-book, the opportunity cost of having 5k less in liquidity will likely exceed that

I ripped all the BetOnSports owned sportsbooks because they were a house of cards and were stealing back bonuses with the winnings from players. Warned everyone to stay away so when they collapse, you won't get hurt.

When some posters here said that WSEX was going to stiff everyone, I gave WSEX the benefit of the doubt and predicted the payouts would start coming. I was right. For the people that have been waiting more than two months, I would start a thread and keep bumping it up. Ask for a transfer. File a complaint.

I just received a tracking number for a payout on April 22nd. The website to use the tracking number doesn't work. Maybe I'll get my payout in only 4.5 months.

i requested bank draft check on july 27...still haven't recieved even though i contacted them twice over online chat...2nd time they told me the check has been send but tracking information is not available...this was last week... i will give them another week...than im going to hassle them everyday

I got two checks in prompt order from June requests. I put in two requests toward the end of July and haven't been paid. Just called them up and got the "processor" response. I love their website and it works great on mobile...sure wish they would get their act together.
