they are still giving the run around with my withdrawal - paying me a few hundred $ every few weeks but still owe me $3000 and only thing I get is stories...

sadly SBR havent been much of help and these buggers are still rated C over here for some other innocent guys to fall in their trap

it has been 3 months now and I got about $2k out of the $5K... which is better than nothing but at that rate it will anoth 3 months to get paid - is that a book that deserves a C rating ?

They initially explained that they have some processing issues which will sorted by mid September ... now we are nearly in October but I hear the same stories.

SBR used to help in the past with bullies like that, but they seem to be as helpless like me with this one.

it has been more than 3 months since I requested a payout from Skytower/Gamblerspalace. They still owe me $3K.

They promised me 3 weeks in a row a payout by the Friday of each week - but absolutely nothing came.

I lodged an official SBR complaint more than 2 months ago, which was with Justin, but I get no respose to my emails to Justin ... possibly he is on holiday.

I am getting desperate with this bunch... perhaps someone else can assist me with this one.

Initially they said that they had some processing issues which should be resolved by mid Sep 2009.

Now they have run out of processing excuses so every week they promise to pay by the end of the week... last week it is the 3rd week which they promised that I will have payment by Friday and nothing has come into my Moneybookers account. during the first 2 of the 3 weeks they denied that they promised, but I v got copies of transcripts proving that they did and this last time they said that the money which they sent to Moneybookers was blocked and returned - I must be honest that after so many promises and so many months who can believe anything that come out of they say.

I fail to understand ANY excuse for not paying clients - if you cannot pay clients for any reason whatsoever you simply do not have a business ... close the doors and go home.,, but don’t mislead other innocent clients into the trap of a non paying book.

For some reason it seems that US client are a lot more tolerant to slow paying books … and I m not talking about a book who delays your payout by a week or even 3 week, which is also unacceptable but I can live with it… I am talking about sportbooks who delay your payout by months and months and more months … I saw that someone reported on this forum that it took him 9 months to get money out of Skytowers … 9 months ??? what is that a pregnancy? are we suppose to finance the running of their business ? what are we shareholders in their business ?
I haven’t come across many slow paying books but when I occasionally do I always ask them:”if you admitted to clients when they sign up that withdrawals take more than 3 months to process and fully paid… do really think you would have had ONE single client sign with you?”

I agree with you men. #%&$ them try to get all your money out of there and go to Legens or Betjamaica they have fast payouts
