WSEX has made a business decision not to offer as many interbook transfers as we once did, because customers would start moving money into other books faster than a wildfire. We have analyzed our interbook business and decided it is not very profitable for us, as we need the cash on hand. It is also not fair to dump our processing issues on other books including Matchbook, even though we are multiple months late on playing players andbecause when players actually get paid on time they will realize how much they have been screwed by slow payouts over the past few months and will change books.

I had to fix some issues with the post from WSEX. I have only two issues with WSEX and they are of the excuses over the past few months for not paying their players and I'm still waiting for two payments, with one being from early May and as of late they have had a diminished dialog with me.

I'd be more than thrilled if this post is the truth, but I should of been paid 65+ days ago, so any payment I receive now is not a FIX, it's just a very late payment. If WSEX was a consumer, they would have a horrible credit score right now.

Still going with the "Blame the Processor" route, huh? You never could explain why Matchbook uses the same processor as you, but your checks take months to arrive while their's takes days to arrive. There's never been any attempt to answer this very basic question.

I am so glad you are concerned with the well being of other books, making sure not to dump your processing issues on them. If only you were as concerned about what's "fair" for your own customers.

I joined WSEX 8 or 9 months ago as one of my minor books and therefore have not requested a payout or transfer. But I like the book and hope their issues begin to clear up, as I would like to stay with them. Delayed payouts, limiting transfers and increased fees are one thing, but getting ripped off forever is another. My understanding is that WSEX has never ripped off anyone's bankroll forever.

I am not aware of many other books that have had a rep on this forum for 2 years, posting about their issues and trying to address concerns. I wish ALL the major and medium-level books would do the same thing! Good luck to WSEX and good luck to all of its customers (including me).

And one other thing: surely WSEX realizes that their rep has taken a hit in the past several months. Yet surely they also realize that online gambling is not only growing, but has a chance to become legal in the U.S. in the next year or two. There are billions of dollars at stake here, and WSEX will certainly want to be a player in the new landscape. I hope they understand what they need to do in order to make that a reality.

My check arrived today. It was a 7 week wait, but it came and I am optimistic about continuing to play at WSEX. I hope the above post by 'WSEX' is a sign that things are beginning to get better for them and for us. I've been concerned that all the negative talk would drive people away and prevent new players from joining. Let's hope we can get back the old, trusted, and efficient WSEX.

I also received a check today after 7 weeks...the problem is it was only half of what I requested. Perhaps they wanted to reduce check size so they are sending 2 different checks. And I was promised courier and it was sent regular mail. To me the waiting wasn't the issue...it was the constant kicking the can everytime I called.

have been playing here for over a year. asked for my 1st withdrawl last week in june. asked for another 2 weeks later. total amount 5k and 5k. received an email with a tracking number today. for 3k. was told some processors have limits. 1 of which is 3k. told another tracking number for 2k for 1st requested withdrwal should be in my email shortly. did not ask about 2nd withdrawl seems to me it will be here shortly. feel a lot better. after seeing all the complaints about getting withdrawls out. it does seem the problem has been resolved. if not resolved a whole hell of a lot better.

Hey Halifax, my posts were in response to people who said they were not going to get paid or one RickySteve who doubted the word of a poster who said that he received a payout. I tried to calm them down. Gee, what do you know, people are getting paid. Anyone else want to blast me for saying to keep cool, WSEX will start to send checks out?

Their actions and excuses/lies are more akin to what you'd expect from some 5th-tier shit book bucket shop than from a book with the stellar reputation that WSEX had in prior years.

If JC was dead, he'd be "rolling over in his grave" ... but he is alive and well. Unfortunately, it appears that he has a restraining order keeping him from coming within 50 yards of his keyboard.

from what im reading with payouts......customers not receiving amount requested seems funny to me....i cant stand by any book that doesnt do as stated...what does it tell u when someone owes you money and they give you half now and half later...funds are low right.

Not too many books make the drop from A+ to B. And there is no reason to assume that the drop won't continue. With football around the corner it can be expected that any book in trouble stalls for time and makes reassuring statements. Such statements are meaningless. I had not followed the WSEX story, and still don't know how far they have fallen, but if they're going to pull a Cascade I'm certainly not going to be part of it. Stay away until they're back to A.

Hey Rickey Steve, put your money where your mouth is. I only found this site as I was trying to find out about WSEX. I got my second $3K check yesterday. I could give a flip about your opinion, but was trying to help others in the same boat I've been in.
