two thumbs up for dimelinesports !
I usually go with 5dimes or betonline, but last week I wanted to take advatage of dimelinesports' covering my fees on a small ** deposit I made. Having deposited a little bit and winning a couple parlays and a quick thousand I decided to withdraw it. I'm used to the next day payouts I can get at 5dimes and betonline.. so when a few biz days went by without my express withdrawal getting processed I got concerned. However, DLS has a new online help center and they always respond quickly via e-mail ( or live chat as well). I told the help center about my concern for the withdrawal and they wrote me back with a promise of overnighting it the next biz day. I know they will and I'm grateful for the quick response to my worry. I have been on sites that abandon players before and these guys didn't do that to me.
I like their new helpdesk quite a bit.... They are getting to be really good at customer service..... and they cover deposit fees without requiring a minimum deposit which is great!

They do have excellent CS and very high CC acceptance. A book only for the smallest players, though, with tiny maximum bets.

Welcome to SBR OC Rich and I hope this book continues to work out for you. However we are currently receiving more complaints regarding payouts and some very poor customer service, i.e., no replies from their CS. Considering it's not the first time this has happened, it's a book I would personally avoid.

Well, to be constructive, the guy didn't claim they actually paid him, rather that they promised to pay him.....

One person can not actually give a "two thumbs up" rating. I know that you have two thumbs so you would think so. But that's not how it works.
Think back to Siskel and Ebert. If they agreed on recommending a movie - that was two thumbs up. Not four thumbs even though they had 4 thumbs between them.
One thumbs up per dude. That's how it works.
But other than that, this is a terribly compelling testimonial!

Mudcat,
Some people are born hexadactylous. So a single person can give two thumbs up assuming the sixth finger is a double thumb.

Damn. When I woke up this morning I did not anticipate that someone would play the hexadactylous card against me.
Damn.
Well the main thing is we all send a lot of money to Dimelinesports because of this nifty recommendation!

Thanks for allowing the board to follow your payout OCrich. Welcome aboard.

Same here wtf. It is blatantly obvious OCRich works for Dimeline.

I think OC has added some incentive for DLS. DLS would often complain that all the negatives were what was highlighted on our board. It's not a bad thing to give them the opportunity to get the job done under the spotlight.

Maybe I should post progress on my withdrawal here too! Their processing time for withdrawals is 'when funds are available' ! Submitted a few days ago, it has been declined. I have had an email with a list of possible reasons for the declination, and presumably I have to guess which one it might be.
I'm not predicting this to be a straightforward or rapid cashout

Well, I would post my (non-existent) progress on my payout too, but I will let OCRich go first. Glad someone from Dimeline is still posting at least, even if they won't talk to the usual suspects via IM anymore....

Are there outstanding disputes with this book? I've been mildly impressed with their operation so far, though I've yet to request a payout which is of course always an adventure. If they'd book a man-sized bet and prove they pay, we'd have a rising star.

They are in full no pay mode.
There are four or five of us to whom they are promising a check (which is the ONLY way they will pay) and not sending out a check (although they claim to have sent out a check). They have taken the money out of the accounts, but no checks have arrived. In my case, it has been more than a month. For further information, http://forum.sbrforum.com/sportsbook...s-warning.html

As Peep mentions, Dimeline's slow-pays have continued through the summer. Look for another report to go up this week with more information, but that is basically the unfortunate gist of it. Players are being sent notices that checks are in the mail, yet no checks arrive, also some players have had live chat privileges revoked entirely.

Reading that thread it sounds like they've sent out lots of checks in the past few months, which is more than can be said for certain B-rated books.

Yes, they were paying a bit in May, part of June. Since then nada, as far as I can tell. Hopefully some Yo's will load for football, maybe giving us a chance to get paid.

Funny how it goes. I have never had any trouble getting paid by Betonline They owed me 9K a month back, they even broke it up into two payments of $2500 spread over a couple of days to save me $25.

People are hail marying them with last deposits and when they lose, chargebacks
I think customers are jumping ship there as they are with alot of minor league mediocre books. Some recreational bettors were making deposits for the 100 % bonuses and won nice chunks of change and were given the run around that they didn't fulfill playthrough which they did and were playing overwhelming moneyline favorites to run up playthrough which they weren't doing.
So what did they do,they went along with the unreasonable demands, collected their check and made new deposits. If they won, they withdrew. If they lost, they did chargebacks. There is no way in hell Dimeline is going to bust open the hornets nest of explaining to the cc companies that they really aren't the PC store or the baby supply store that shows up on your CC statements. If it goes to arbitration on a chargeback, the customer will always be right because Dimeline will not contest and does not want to blow their cover accepting ************ for front businesses in the eyes of the CC companies.
So disgruntled customers get one free last shot at Dimeline for all the yanking of your chain they pulled on you.
