My experience with Betafterbet
Hi,
I am very new on this forum. While becoming familiar with it I want to share with you my experience with Betafterbet, maybe someone could give me some useful feedback.
I registered with them 1 month back, made a 100GBP deposit, received a 100GBP bonus, then I started to bet and gamble in the casino, after 1 week or so I requested a payment and then the nightmare started. Initially they replied to my emails saying that I will get the money shortly, then after 1 week nothing happened and they started to reply my emails with big delay (3-4 days) or not to reply at all. They said they can't send the money back on my card but will use a bank transfer instead, I provided them the account number, but have not got any money so far and it is more that 1 week since they made the last promise. In the meantime they stoped replying to any of my emails. I am really scared, because I am supposed to receive 900GBP (that are shown as a closed transaction in my account's history) and still have 1500GBP in my account that I am afraid they will never pay. I don't know if I could trust them, I tried to contact them via telephnoe but the number displayed on the website is not real (123456789) and also they didn't give me a valid number, also they didn't contact me to the number I gave them.
If anybody has any experience with them please give me some feed-back and advise.

Hi, i have an account in Betafterbet, and i have made a recent withdraw (700€), and have no problems, but it takes more than the 3-4 days, it was payed in 5. The support at live chat is good.

Thanks guys,
I have some hopes now, apparently people are getting paid...
Alejandro from marketing department promised me I will get my money soon (to be honest this is what I've heard every 3 days in the last month) so I dared to request a second payment.
Will keep reporting here if anything happens.

BETAFTERBET is OK
I wanted to let you know that I ve got the money today. With appologies and detailed explanations from them. So afterall I guess it is my duty to let people know on this forum that they are OK. Betafterbet is a sportsbook that I specially like...
The odds are not so good, but some times, that is what makes them stand and become solid for the future.
They seem to pay everyone, and the bonus is good for the moment.

If you google them then you will find a lot of results for bonus forums (in different languages). It seems they have been hit hard by bonus chasers, and they are usually quick to withdraw as soon as they complete the requirements. When there are so many of them it will cause payout time to increase.

Hi,
Yesterday I requested to withdraw my money on Betafterbet, but they requested for me so as to sent him my documentation of identity. So I sent my ID card and they still requested another documents (bill for gas, electric etc...). Ok I sent him my bill of telephone. Then they wrote me: bill of telephone they don´t akcept to proof validity my adress. So I don´t know what can I do??
Have anybody the same experience? Sent anybody yours identity documentation to Betafterbet?

I just send them the copy of a paper document, that came with an item I bought in one company on the internet. If you will not have a better idea, then you can also buy something on the internet

So do they actually pay somebody now, or not? Have they paid after 20 of august?
I have a withdrawal, unprocessed, 900GBP from 5 august. 25 days - no sign of money... Had problem with bwin, now this...
I know some people, who received withdrawals requested on 01-03 of august, end of july. And they received money on 10-13 august. Sums 0.8-1.2k pounds.
I sent message to LGA twice - no movements. LGA has not replied.
Messages from them -
"We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please do rest assured that your withdrawal is being processed. There is a delay with all payments due to the high number of withdrawals that the finance department are processing manually at the moment, however they are working as fast as they can to make sure that all transactions are processed as soon as possible. Please do rest assured that you should receive the money shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you by this matter."

Unfortunately, we have not been provided with any further information by the department in charge of processing payouts. withdrawal problem
I made withdrawal via moneybookers for about 700 GBP. That was 4 august. I don't receive it.
I received emails, about my withdrawal etc. "we make it as soon as posssible" or "we have a problem".
For last email I doesn't have an answer (friday).

I cannot understand these bookies:
1. If they are going to pay at the end, why not pay fast? ... why upset clients? ... create good reputation!
2. If you are not going to pay then it is irrelevant.

I'm also waiting for a payment from 5-aug-2009, no money so far, just the same emails as above, to rest assured that my withdrawal will be processed...hope this year.

Dont just wait send every day mails with your case and problem!
They looks and want to be fair -but will see how will reflect higher cashout requests to their financial stability
