Let me put it this way.....even if it was $70M, I would not be too worried about their bankroll.

Pinnacle the website is different than the company that owns its bookmaking operation and is on the bank accounts that do business through Europe and Canada. People handling Pinnacle postup are not listed in these reports. There wasn't any actual Pinny money seized but some personal accounts of the people named will likely be hit really hard as this plays out. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if they had trouble with a moneybookers or Neteller account in the short term. Neteller is sensitive to bad press. This is unique case I don't think we have seen... a non-US post-up book that doesn't do transactions through US system but is said to have agents in the states.

Even if that were the case, could funds be frozen during investigation for simply being "associated" with the same owners?

I would have expected a statement by now, regardless.

That part is not unique. There are other books doing this. Grande went the whole way with it.

No, the state of NY of Queens can't shut down bank accounts in the UK and around the world. And, to my knowledge, this is a case against individual agents and folks who work with agents in the USA, not a company.

Im refering to no-US deposit/post-up... A similar case would be WillHill or Bet365 being cited for having credit people in the US using their site.

Jeses, where are these WillHill/Bet365 agents? I'd like to buy them a sandwich for a couple minutes of their time.

LOL at the spin in this thread. Pinnacle's biggest US facing guys were all arrested. This is a diaster for them, and by extension for Matchbook, who need Pinny.

Isn't this the biggest online gaming story of the year, by far? Is it because Pinny doesn't accept US players that it aint a bigger deal on the forum?

European player here, just withdrawn 2kE to Skrill in few minutes. Though I think money is safe in Pinny as usual.

Hypocrisy in US is off the charts, on a scale never seen before in history. They go after a few bookmakers, while the real illegal gamblers on Wall Street can bankrupt this country without as much as losing a X-mas bonus.

SBR, idea for store. Copy that crime chart, and make it available for us to add our own name and picture to.
