Default Bwin cancelled bet without a reason

I placed a bet 1PRDLXREWE on January 26th using live betting. The bet (Dinamo Kijów - Legia Warszawa (Neutral) Handicap 0:1) was placed few minuts before the match start. The odds were 2.3.
Stake was 326.00 USD, with potential winnings of 423 USD. Legia won the match with result 4-0, my bet should have won. Unfortunately my bet was cancelled during second half. I believe the
result was 3-0 at this moment.

The bet was cancelled at 18.06 CET, the game was started at 16.00 CET.

I have contacted the support for information seeking explanation why the bet was cancelled. Their first answer consisted only of copy and pasty of part of bwin rules and conditions! I asked again and second time around they pasted part of terms again and added short info for cancellation reason being wrong handicap calculation. I explained, that handicap was correct:
- odds to Dynamo Kijow winning was 1.53, so odds 2.3 for a European handicap +1 opponent team were correctly calculated. With over 8% margin, it is typical bwin margin. On the attached screen below, you can see that from 15.47 CET to 15.56 CET bwin have offered odds 1.53 on Dynamo Kijow.

- at the same time I placed the bet, the same handicap bet was offered by other bookmakers sportingbet and mybet ( odds for Legia 2.2), so very similar odds. Also a few bookmakers offered a very similar odds for a double chance.

Sportingbet didn't cancel bets on this match.

I consulted with oddsmaker from another bookmaker, could there have been mistake in the handicap? They answered that the handicap was calculated correctly. My bet was cancelled when the result was almost known. I am sure that handicap wasn't calculated incorrectly. Practices like this are just a shame for a bookmaker. I am also very disappointed with their support behavior. Theirs emails were only short copy and paste. When I proved that handicap was calculated correctly, they didn't respond! Is SBR able to help me get my winnings back from this bet.

BWIN sucks donkey balls!!!! Avoid them at all cost.

Besides cheating its customers it is also a shit site to navigate, their webpages load up very slowly. This is annoying when you wanna place a quick in-game bet

Fill out a complaint form, and I'll be happy to take a look at it. Bwin is pretty good at working with SBR.

out of curiosity (i agree you have a valid case, the home & away team switched cannot have been the reason, since the game was apparently played on neutral ground), but any reason why you are coming forward now with a bet placed 6 months ago?

Justin7 - I have sent complaint form yesterday. Please check your email box, have you received my complaint?.
Noyb- I didnt made complaint earlier, because Bwin limits accounts users who are not "quiet". However, last month Bwin limited my account, so....

I know I sound like a broken record but bet with stiff swine lowlife scum pox books and stand by for the consequences. There is no point being lured in by bonuses or attractive lines if there is no prospect of being paid if you win.
