Sportsinteraction.com will not pay me- brutal
good evening folks. I hate to come in here and post negatives. but this company solicited me and I so I tried them out with a $500 deposit.
I got my balance to $1677. I met the bonus requirements. I asked for a payout and they are saying that I need to fax them the paperwork needed. I sent the credit card, drivers license, bank statement and autho form. they are saying that the credit card is not mine and so they are not paying me until I send the card holders info. But this card is mine- hence the deposit that was made in my name on my card- hence the card i sent copies of to them shows my name-
very strange. I have osga all over this. I know Jim will handle. He is a class act. I am not sure how this book is working out for you guys, but I am having difficulty. hope this helps you.
next time, I will just stick to wagerweb. i took this promotion at sportsinteraction to change up the ole luck for awhile. dumb move-

why do you say they are useless? Jim gets stuff done. As long as they are legit claims, he is strong.
Do you suggest someone else instead of Jim that can help me?

melinsurance,
Fill out a complaint form here:
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Spor...Complaint.aspx
SIA has been pretty good about dealing with issues. I wish they could overcome a few complaints from 2-3 years ago - they have a lot of potential to go up from their current rating.

Mel,
I beat them a few years ago for about 7K in a week, the collared me but did pay me out. I think you'll get your money. In the meantime fill out the complaint form as Justin said and let them talk to SIA.

they say out of 4 documents, they just cant see the debit card.
such crap. they dont pay. stay away people. if they do, I will let you all know. keep your fingers crossed.

Melinsurance,
SIA has already contacted me about your dispute. I think it will be worked out. You need to either communicate with them, or have someone do it on your behalf.

They will not work it out with me. Justin, thank you for helping me.
I do not know who you are, but I appreciate you doing whatever it is that you did.
when I call them , they tell me to contact their canadian gaming commision since I filed a complaint against them.
These guys are just nuts. They have been impossible to work with.
I am glad to here what you are telling me though. I guess I will wait to hear from you. I send you a PM.
take care and thanks guys- you have all been so kind and helpful.

I've responded to you. If you do what I say to resolve this (giving them what they want, the way they want it, and forwarded to me)...
Will your account balance be unlocked within 7 days
Yes -1000
No +1000
SIA has had its issues in the past, but your problem sounds straight forward to resolve.

Mel, believe me you're just the latest in a long and ancient list of people who have had to go through Sportsinteraction resubmission.....Your document was "too dark", "too light", "too fuzzy", and my all-time favorite, "too tilted". I seriously think they hold an employee contest regularly to come up with the most ingenious excuse as to why customer X should have to resend his documentation.
Honestly though, I've never seen it at any other book, that being the constant request to resubmit documents, not just from myself but from a great many folk who have been, at one time or another, clients of S.I.A. It'll get worked out, I'm sure; You just have to endure their game for a bit.

Thanks- I do not know how they earn respect of people. If I would have lost, they wouldnt have needed a thing. PEople who lose should request loads of paperwork, blood and urine from these jerks in order for their credit card to be charged. People like this should get the same bowl of shit to eat from the public.
thanks

If you like, we can discuss this in public. I think your interests are best served by trying to resolve this privately first.

if you solicit someone to play with you and you get paid. Why are you not paying that person out?
I did not come to them out of the blue. They came to me.
not sure why you are acting this way on the chat. you said on here yesterday that you spoke to them and it looks like I am getting paid. where's the money big time?

mel,
You cannot use someone else's card to make a deposit. Their rules are clear on this. If you can show it was your card, you'll get paid. If not, you won't (and the deposit will be refunded to the card holder).

I have the emails that I can show you where Joseph clearly said it was fine.
He said as long as that other person on the account sends in his stuff it is fine.
why dont you want that email as proof?

I've had this problem maybe once? Had to resubmit a D/L, black and white wasn't good enough for them, they wanted COLOR. Can't remember which casino/poker room it was.
Tilted? Jesus christ. I hate these **** excuses.
They act like you're sending in some grainy crappy copy from a Xerox machine in the 1980's. I have a scanner and nothing should ever be rejected, it is crystal clear.

SIA - always request documents but if everything is legit they will pay within a reasonable time... If you proivde them with what they want and play the game by the book you will be fine

Funny in Mel's opener he said the card was his, now he's saying Joseph said if he sent in the card holders info all would be fine.
Seems to me he broke some rules here and used some one else's card. With books like SIA don't screw with them because they screw back and a lot harder.

Question since this thread was bumped:
I deposited with SIA around 3 years ago or so with my debit card and again maybe a year ago to take advantage of a rare bonus opportunity from them. In early June of this year scammers got ahold of my debit card number after I used it to buy something online. They rang up around a thousand bucks worth of charges on my card. The bank locked my account and later closed it completely and opened a new checking account for me.
My question, of course, is when I try to withdraw (probably not for a few years until I get the boot), is this going to be a problem? The fact that the account I used to deposit no longer exists. I still have statements from that account with my name and address on them, but of course they are from before June. Would this be fine as long as I ask for paper checks? Do they only do withdrawals in the same way that you deposited (ie, if I deposited with a debit card, they'll only allow withdrawals to the same debit account)?
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: I funded most of my SB accounts with that same debit card, not just SIA.

SIA is fair. As long as you can prove your statements you should get paid. I'd take it up with them now though. They will let you withdrawal by other methods. Justin7 has a good relationship with them if you need help.

Just a general thought - If someone is a casual bettor I cannot think of a better book than SIA. Great lines, nice software, good customer service, and they pay quickly. I will never understand their poor rating. I know lots of guys who play or have played there and not one of them ever had a problem. The only downside is that they will cut you pretty quick if you win too much. But, for the casual bettor that is a really nice problem to have.

They cut WAY less quicker than most books these days. Notice they've been upgraded at sbr recently and are on sbr lines now. They are a bit too sensitive on IP's but for decent reasons. Be up front with them and take your 10k and move on.

dont use debit cards (fake visa/mc) to deposit. actually don't use them at all other than at atms (even there i would be cautious). you don't have the same protections with a debit card as you do using a credit card.
if the scammers only had your credit card number, the damage they can do to you is virtually nil.

I heard that they used to kick you out at 20k, and in the last few years moved it down to around 15k or so. I assumed that was still the case?

this was obvious. not only did melinsurance use a 3rd party card- sia said it was fine and sent a form to fill out allowing it. those forms are posted on seperate forums.
read it up. sia pays sbr and that is obvious. no one in their right mind would side with the book unless you worked for them or were paid off.
