Hello,

I have a Betclick account, which still isn't verified.
I want to make a withdrawal and therefore I have to verify my account and send a copy of my ID card.

The birth date I've entered during registration unfortunately is wrong.
Is it possible to ask them to change the date of birth when sending them the ID card ?

In their T&C it's mentioned that:

You can access and edit your personal information at any time in the 'my account' section of this website or by contacting Customer Support. These modifications exclude your first name, last name and date of birth which can never be changed.

But if I click "My details" in Betclick, the following text appears on the right:

Some details cannot be modified.
Contact us if necessary.

So, does anyone know if it's possible to change de date of birth in Betclick ? Or will they definetly block my account and I loose the money, when I ask them that ?

A friend of mine did it in Mybet without any problems, and asked it when sending in the ID card for verification..

well, if you made a typo on one digit i'm sure they'll change if for you, unless they're scum and looking for a way to screw you.
if you entered you were born 12-12-1910 and you are actually born 7-8-1980 you might be in for a bit of more trouble, because why would you enter a wrong birth date on purpose when you have nothing to hide (i can't think of any reason either way, but it makes you look suspicious).

Betfair has nothing to do with it. I wanted to say "Betclick" instead of "Betfair"
