A friend of mine took this offer, and made the rollover - won more than 250 $. (the max. withdrawable ammount was 250$)

My friend contacted BP and asked for a withdrawal after the NBA finals, and BP offered a Moneygram withdrawal (which was written in the terms as the only available outpayment method for this promotion).

A few hours after contacting the CS, my friend noticed, that Moneygram is not available in our country (actually it was a suprise for me too - as I used it in the past - as I found out, MG closed it's activity here not long ago).

After contacting BP and telling them about the problem, BP instantly (!) offered a withdrawal via Western Union (which is available here), and sent the money in few hours.

After I heard about the story, I remembered the (false) complaints about Betphoenix - and this promotion. Most bookmakers in this case would have declined the outpayment, so after their instant and helpful decision, I can only say - this is a professional bookmaker who cares about their customers.

Usually bookmakers try to find excuses to not to pay out the winnings from a no deposit promotion (especially if it was a bigger one - 50$ in this case - ) - like Don Carbone etc....in this case, they helped to solve a problem, which they could easily handle with declining the outpayment - and nobody could have said any wrong words about this.

So again, this was a nice move from Betphoenix....

Phoenix are a solid book, just the whole BetOT mess soured their rep unfortunately.
