I recently started using this book for a nice line they had on the celtics/magic series. I was able to get a big bonus but had a large roll that I had to complete. They make you very AWARE upfront that taking the bonus will result in a large roll. It wan't that big of a deal for me it took me about 4 weeks to complete. The payout was good, they have the BEST customer service of all the books that I have used recently: books that I use include carib and bookmaker.

I can't for the life of me understand why this book wouldn't be rated higher payout was easy customer service in Canada. If you are a sharp player this is a must IMO. C- as a rating? this is wrong.

I had to pay 1% of the withdrawal. this seems like the standard 50 dollars for a 5000 dollar wire. its worth it with all the deals they offer just the cost of doing business. I think they gave me 1000 dollar free play that was worth about 600 cash value. I did notice there line sbecame VERY sharp after I slammed a couple of there weak lines but I have to say. Excellent book much better then some of the A rated books on this site. Baseball is unbetable with there 20 cent lines but props etc are wonderful.

I know the question wasn't addressed to me, but I got a check from them about 3 weeks ago. It was a $40 fee for a certified letter, and it suprisingly came from the states. Took a 2-3 days for processing, then like 3 days for delivery.

I agree the payouts have been smooth. I have had three with no problems. What they did do is take the casino away from me because of winnings and have not been clear on when i can play again.

One thing Betus was noted for in the past was using shills to tout their book, I am glad they gave up this practice.

Their history is terribble, they have fvcked many players,and employees, they work out of an office building in Montreal,they were shown the door by the Kanawake commision, that alone is very hard to achieve.(many many bad complaints+++ for this to happen)

So now according to you the they have improved, it would of been hard to go any where but up, if you don`t work there,good to hear you got paid, if you do work there good luck fishing.

i use betus also. theyre casino is a complete scam unless you hit a run. my brother has cashed over 4g in their casino and they cut him off wont let him play anymore. when i play i cant seem to hit dealer always gets 20 and bj dealt. im in big battle with them now over it. prob wont get anywhere but who knows we'll see. their juice is a little bit high compared to other sites. im trying to get account closed and going through big hassle with that also. have supervisors calling me left and right. I had a chargeback that came from my CC they didnt pay it got reflagged, betus still deposited money into my account, i lost, a week later my account is suspended, and everyone elses account that was referred from me and the people i was referred from down the line of 6 people. All in all they froze 10 accounts until they got ahold of me. wouldnt do any payouts until it was squared away. I'd stay away.

sounds like you tried to f them they made you look like scum to everyone you know and now you are out to show them. Chargebacks are no joke and why in the world are you playing in an online casino? YOu have no shot they are all rigged. Dealer always gets 20...well have you ever been to a casino a real casino that happens in person as well...

I was simply stating my story and experience with them, not trying to start a war with anyone. and if i was trying to f them i wouldve done it for a lot more way back when i first started using them. i have had my fair share of losses and wins, and if im such scum to them why are they fighting so much to keep me using them over a simple problem that was made good the day after all it happened.


Oh and BTW watch your statements if you do deposit using CC's they like to double charge you.

i started using them at the beginning of the year and so far they have been fantastic. 5k bank wires go through without a hitch. they have paid out 5 figures to me so far. customer service is excellent. and my limit is 4 times higher than bookmakers

Apart from a month of the old we didn't receive your ID docs despite repeatedly faxing and e-mailing them I got $4.5k out of this book and found them to be pretty good overall - IMO their current rating might be a bit harsh...no doubt thay have had their problems in the past that are well documented but books have to be judged on their current achievements not past history

This is a good book. Very fair and easy to deal with. THe key is to develop a relationship with an account manager. They can do so much more for you and are very flexible. I am a regular for the past two years....deposits / withdrawls are easy. I get bank wires and at this point as long as I call before 3PM, I usually get it the next day. I believe 1% is the fee but for that turnaround, I would pay more if I had to. They also send perks like signed jerseys, photos, etc....including tickets to sporting events (great seats too) if you play enough.

Bonuses are generous. I get 45% in the casino with a 20x rollover which I do regularly in Carib Stud. I consider myself more of a high bankroll player wagering couple dimes per day but again, I recommend developing a relationship with one person.

i have to say I agree this seems very obviouly someone that works for this outfit. Not sure why they wouldn't just respond and say they are from betus....I do think they have a wonderful site and very strong customer service.

Betus does do some shady things at times but for the most part I have had no problem with them. I hear many people complaining about depositing using the bounuses and not being able to pull money out cause of the rollovers, and also slow paying problems which I think every book has its problems from time to time with customers.

the only thing I will say is be careful when excepting bonus cash. i would never again take there bonus to many rules to get your money out. I like this place I must admit.
