MAFIA BOOKIS BETPHOENIX NO PAYOUT MY WIN !!
what can i make?
it is about the promotion, have played and won, now they always invent something new for-profit to not to pay, what can I do'm at the end?
roller once it is not met, then again, I have almost $ 1000 and it was played ichmuß wait until the NBA, then I should send ID, which I have done, they still do not want to pay out and invent something new in order not made to pay, I'm at the end what can I do? Please help |

I have this complaint. The NBA finals just ended yesterday, so I think a complaint is a bit premature. Regardless though, I have contacted BetPhoenix.

Not really.
This involved a promotion. He wasn't eligible for a payout until after the NBA finals concluded (which was... about 12 hours before this complaint was submitted the second time).
BetPhoenix has already issued payment to the player. This complaint mainly arose because the player didn't read or didn't understand the terms of his free promotion. |

For the free money promotion you accepted, the rule was that payments will be made at the conclusion of the NBA Finals which was last night. You get paid this morning, and you are acting like you were not being paid?
