I opened my account in mooregames at 28/8 and i deposit by mb 100 euro.

I had read the bonus T&C and i started betting.

They gave me a bonus of 100 euro and i had 200.

I start betting and i my account has 2119.8 euro.

When i finished the bonus T&C i asked for a withdrawl!

They confirmed 2 times that i finished the T&C by email and by live chat.

This was the email from their support when i tried to withdraw.


Hi,

You should need to wager 2,000 Euro but also place bets on 10 different matches.
You wagered the amount but you placed only 6 bets, therefore you need to place 4 more bets to be allowed to cashout.

After that i place 6 more bets and i speak to live chat. Tey confirmed that i had finished with the bonus T&C!

They asked to verify my account and i sent the documents.

I made a withdrawl of 2119.80 euro but i take this email:

Dear Nikos,
Please note that your withdrawal has been declined, as the total amount requested for withdrawal breached the 17th paragraph of our general T&C stating that players are not allowed to withdraw more than 10 times the deposited amount under 30 days period.

Considering that you deposited 100 Euros, you are entitled to withdraw only 1,000 Euro in the first 30 days.

After that i made a new withrawl of 1000 euro.

I had no problem and the money sent to my mb account!

Yesterday i tried to make my 2nd withdrawl for 1000 euro, i had 1119.80 in my account.

I took this email:

Dear Nikolaos,

Following our standard checks, we noticed that you breached several terms and conditions of the bonus you enrolled for:
1.You placed several live bets with the bonus money and had winnings of 588 Euros on a stake of 217 Euros. This represents a breach of the bonus' T&C, specifically paragraph no 6 where is clearly states that "If the bonus money is used for betting on live bets, all generated winnings will be forfeited with no exception".
2.You placed bets over 100 Euro, bets which is not allowed and won’t be taken into consideration towards the counting of the bonus. This is mentioned in the paragraph no 8 “ Only bets up to 100 Euro will count for releasing the bonus. Bets over 100 Euro will not be taken into consideration.”
3.You placed bets on less than 10 different pre-live events; this is a breach of the condition no 3 and 7.
4.Your bonus expired without you complying to our T&C, therefore the winnings generated by the bonus will be retracted as stated in condition 10.

The breaches mentioned above resulted in having your withdrawal declined and deducting a total amount of:
-371 Euro (588 winnings - 217 Stake) according to point no 1
-959.9 Euro (50% * 1,919.80 total winnings) according to point 4

I become crazy! How i can breached several terms? I didn t do anything! i had finished with the terms and i waiting to pass one month for the next withdrawl.

I read again the bonus T&C and they had change them.

The term 3

3. In order to release the bonus, the player must wager the deposited amount and the bonus 15 times before any withdrawal or transfer, on odds of at least 1.95 for single bets and 3.95 for multi bets. The player must place at least 10 different bets before requesting the withdrawal.

When i opened the account the deposited bonus amount must wager 10 times!

The terms 6,8 added after i finished the bonus T&C!!!

6. Only pre-live bets count towards the wagering requirements. If the bonus money is used for betting on live bets, all generated winnings will be forfeited with no exception.

8. Only bets up to 100 Euro will count for releasing the bonus. Bets over 100 Euro will not be taken into consideration.

I contact their support, i told them all this and i asked why they paid me the 1st time

i took this answer:


Dear Nikos,

All you stated is indeed correct but nevertheless not relevant in our case.
You were supposed to cashout maximum 1000 Euro / transaction and at that time you were supposed to place bets on another 4 events. What we recently discovered is that you wagered your bonus on live bets also, which wasn’t allowed. The fact that we approved your first cashout was just a mistake of the payment officer who hasn’t checked your bets properly.

I sent again email and i explain that they are wrong but still they said that the decision is final!!!

You are free to do as you want, but you are not right.
You accepted these rules when enrolling for the bonus and you need to comply with them.
The conversation bellow is not pointing at all that we are not willing to pay you, it is just pointing that you repeatedly breached T&C of the bonus.

We are paying out larger amounts than yours every day, but for people who respect the bonus rules. Please have that in mind!

Hi all. I was told from SBR Pro King_Suckerman to give my 2 cents in this thread regarding moore games. I have been a member since February and always had withdraws approved from 1 - 3 days. Last couple of withdraws has taken less then 12 hours. However their prebet odds are slightly worse then for example Bet365 or Expekt and thatīs why I just play Live bets which are good. Their loyalty program with the stake back on losing bets are great and they have always paid in time for my losing bets. I am a little worried by reading the posts here and I will have a bird eye on future withdraws and if they change their withdraw behaviour. Hope my post was useful for you guys.
