I heard the hava a new management since 2010 which is working correctly now and and try tosolve all problems fromthe past, since then they teamed up with the Cake Poker network and Blackmoonpoker, and the record for 2010 is good, the old management which is responsible for all the complaints is not inbusiness anymore

Hello all, I have stolen at Jetbull € 300, I bet in a game with a odds of 2.00, five minutes before the game starts my bet was pending when the game is over I see that the bet is canceled, this has been part of arbitrage and lost € 300. Is there any way to report this fraud?
I emailed them and the response was:

The bet was cancelled because there was a technical problem with the odds for some matches being incorrect.
The bet you had made was one of these games and unfortunately our bookmakers had to cancel these games/bets.

This is a lie, the odds was correct and they not have any technical problems.
