    oddscompany warning

I have recently received an offer from Oddscompany sportbook to reload the bonus. The details of the offer are on the attached screenshot below.

After the deposit, the bonus was added to my account. On June 1st I was informed that due to not performing the bonus rollover in the required period of time the bonus will be removed from my account. I accept that, however I don't understand why at the same time the processing fees in the amount of the bonus were charged to my account and all the bets I have placed in the meantime were cancelled.

The support person during a livechat session informed me that the conditions of the accepted by me bonus allow them to do it. Unfortunately the reload bonus T&C are no-where to be found on the boomaker’s website (there is only the new customer's bonus T&C available). I was then told by the support that reload bonus T&C is not available and I can contact with email support ( unfortunately email support didnt respond). The new customer bonus T&C states that in case of severe account misuse such as an ownership of multiple accounts, providing fictional personal data, etc the account will be charged with processing fees in the amount of the bonus. In addition all the bets placed in the meantime will be cancelled. There is, however no information there, that not meeting the bonus rollover requirement will cause the above consequences. Please look at this point.
Bonus credits are limited to one betting account per customer, family, household and IP-address. Gambling cartels, gambling communities or single gamblers will immediately be excluded from the bonus offer from Oddscompany Sportwetten GmbH, if they are suspected to offend against the bonus conditions for their personal profit, enrichment, etc., such as opening several betting accounts (fictitious accounts). In such case all bonus credits on the betting account will be cancelled, winnings become invalid and fees will be charged of the amount, which is equal with the bonus amount of the bonus offer.
    all new customers bonus t&c

One should assume that most if not all of the reload bonus T&C and new customer bonus T&C will be identical. The differences could be such as the amount of the bonus, the timeframe for bonus rollover, etc.

At this point I am convinced that I became a victim of plain cheating. The support inability to provide reload bonus T&C link strengthens that believe.
Beware oddscompany are just a scam!

This is foul. It would be different if it were a free-bet promotion with no deposit required and assuming you had 0 balance otherwise.

If a player does not reach his rollover in 30 days, the sportsbook should deduct the bonus and prorate the remainder of the winnings from player's own risked funds to the bonus itself.

Being an unrated Austrian company, (notorious for unethical practices), I'm not optimistic they will change their position here but I would suggest submitting a complaint form so that we can make every effort possible on your behalf.

I have a problem with www.oddscompany.com , they confiscated me 100 Euro. The reason was having 4 accounts, with "the same adress, name, post-code". But i had only one account, i even sent them documents to check again, but they're not answering. I wrote a complaint in SBR but there was no answer also. If somebody can help with this case please send me a message gonzoz@op.pl

Anyway, my advice is not to play in this sportbook, they are a scam!

What is interesting, none of sportbooks review couldn't or just didn't help with www.oddscompany.com. I was searching for a contact with austrain police and i found something:
    http://www.bundespolizei.gv.at/organ...oe&parent=1676

I wrote them a message in english, but i think they don't understand too much in english. After week or more, i got a reply that if i want them to do something with it, i have to write them the hole story in germany language. I know one friend with very good german, and we will see how it will be. Anyway if somebody will have a problem with this company(surely many people will have) try to contact police by this link(in german of course).

    Good afternoon,

I received an email this house to me to cancel all bets, and their gains have not quite know why. Say the bet that I made yesterday is the subject of surveillance, the bet that I made was about 88 euros in huracan - Godoy Cruz victory for huracan, a single bet. They also say that I signed up through www.dadinheiro.com and I am not authorized bonus and the oddscompany already informed the dadinheiro thereof. Finally they tell me that my betting account will be closed, all transactions canceled and that I will be charged a fee not know that.

Can they withdraw from € 358.65 me so? This is a robbery!

Please asked your help, I want my money back!

Here is the email I received:

    Dear Mr. De Pinho Godinho!

Because of your betted events yesterday is your account subject to automatic supervision by our risk management for a short time because you are placing mainly so called value-bets. Connected with these circumstances we controlled your personal datas.

We detected, that you registered over a manipulated link on www.dadinheiro.com. We know who has manipulated this link and because of that user from this professional Value bet service are not allowed to take part at our bonus offer on www.oddscompany.com we already informed the Owner of this site about this fact.

Your betting account will be closed all transactions cancelled and we charge a fee. For further questions please contact the owner of www.dadinheiro.com.

Oddscompany stole my balance. Beware !

    Here’s my story:
I registered with them some years ago , I don’t remember when and where.I had placed some bets with them a long time ago. In my profile only the transaction from the last 3 months are visible. So I had almost forgotten about them when I received an invitation email for a reload bonus, 45Euro deposit, 20 bonus , 3x65 rollover. So I decided to give it a try in spite of the fact that I knew about their small limits. I made a deposit. My account is fully verified , I had sent them the documents they required and the withdrawals from there are done only via bank transfers so everything was verified for sure. Here came the first surprise:

    Dear XXX,

We inform you that we cancelled the bonus for your betting account because our system detected IP similarities with other betting accounts. We act as stated in our GTC’s.

    GTC’s XIII, 10.

The bookmaker reserves the right to ask for more documents of the user in case of suspicion of malpractice, which proof that the user is the legal user of this credit card.

    Best regards, Oddscompany Support Team
    www.oddscompany.com

What they said was completely untrue, I made the deposit from my notebook at home and no one else uses is. I use Lan conection internet. But of course they are free not to give me the bonus in spite of the fact that they invited me officially by email. It is unfair but still bearable. They say IP similarities, please pay attention to this, they don’t say “the same IP”. It cannot be the same because it is my home IP, not a public one.
So I was angry but I accepted it, I know that some bookmakers don’t want to give bonuses to customers from Eastern Europe so they must mention some fake reasons. In this email as you see I was informed that I wouldn’t get the bonus and nothing else, no warnings, no inquiries. They didn’t tell me to withdraw my fund and they didn’t want me to be their customer any longer. I placed the whole sum on a German Bundelsiga match and my bet won so my balance became about 100 Euro. Then I made a withdrawal and here came the second surprise:

    Dear XXX,

We received your payout request from 03.04.2010. We inform you that we checked your betting account again and detected IP-Similarities with two other betting accounts. Because of this it is obvious that this account is an fake account. We allow no fake accounts to bypass our limitations. Therefore we canceled your payout and charged a fee of 94,50 €.
See therefore our GTC’s XIII, 5.

Only one registration per user is allowed and the account-keeping and the placement of bets are only on one’s own account. In case of violation, all opened betting accounts of the user will be closed, all placed bets and all movements on the betting accounts will be cancelled. For the cancellation the bookmaker will charge the user € 100,00 for every affected betting account. The payout of possible winnings of the affected betting accounts is not possible.

    Best regards, Oddscompany Support Team
    www.oddscompany.com

Finally I realized that this company runs a scam bookmaker and they are thieves! They confiscated my whole balance after placing only one bet of 45 Euro on a German Bundesliga match giving me some stupid explainations . Again these so called “ IP similarities “ and not “ the same IP “. They also accuse me of opening multiple accounts in order to “bypass their limitations”. That’s very funny, if they cannot accept a 45 Euro bet on a German match they’d better stop accepting bets and start selling hot-dogs in the park. And I am curious if the accounts I am suspected to be linked with have placed bets on the same event. The bet was placed from the same computer, the same IP. And it is the only bet I have placed with them during the last 2 years!

So these guys send you invitation emails and then confiscate your funds without any reason, they are thieves ! They can tell anybody these stupid IP similarities explainations and confiscate his( her) winnings.
I sent them a few mails but all I got from them was that their decision was final and would’t change. Don’t ever deposit with this scam bookie, you ‘ll be robbed for sure. Their name should change from “Oddscompany” to “Theftcompany”.

There is a thread appearing on MSE forum about these, pointing out that they appear to be a Scam. My own personal experience is that I deposited and was given a deposit bonus. I then had the bonus withdrawn. I e-mailed asking why and they said that they had linked my IP to others and that they believed that I was guilty of opening multiple accounts, this is not true.

I hadn't made a bet and asked for my deposit back (25 Euro's) which was sent via BACS minus 6 Euros which I assume was an admin fee or possibly due to currency conversion charges into GBP.

This was about 6 weeks ago. I suggest all depositors to avoid as it would appear, based on MSE, that they are now using very underhand strategies to withold all withdrawals while at the same time sending out redeposit bonus e-mails.

    Oddscompany - Beware!

    htxp://www.oddscompany.com

Just a word of warning on Oddscompany. There are a flow of negative reports coming in lately on them for confiscating winnings, closing accounts, taking away bonuses, stealing deposits, deducting an array of fees to bring your balances to zero, limiting accounts to pennies, Risk-Managers on vacation, and complaints being made to regulators (Austrian provincial government is VERY poor) & review bodies.

    TT says: AVOID!

    Thank you.
