    Dimelinesports warning.

I do not think this book has any funds available to pay players.

I met my rollover, applied for a moneybookers withdrawal, was told to apply for a check since they did not have moneybookers funded. I have sent them a total of $2600 in four payments over the last six months, never once got a withdrawal, I feel I am entitled to be paid back in moneybookers.

But I say "OK, so how soon can I get a check". I am told "in ten to 14 days". WTF?

IF you can write a check, you can fund a moneybookers. Both just require one thing. CASH.

I do not think they have it.

The moneybookers payments go to Pino. I personally think he has a lot more to do with this book than he lets on. He called me up to give me shit last time when I was complaining here about unclear rollover terms, now all of a sudden neither he nor Robert there are answering my e-mails when I inquire about my money.

    I am owed $4500.

Who else is this book giving the run around to and for how much?

    Doesn't sound good.

There is a chance it's just a moneybooker shortage, and they don't feel like wiring to reload it.

I don't think it sounds good either Justin, or I wouldn't have posted it.

As to them "not feeling like loading it"... well, lots of times I don't feel like putting money into my bank account either, but when the bills are due......

It's not uncommon for lesser rated books to have problems keeping Moneybookers or Neteller funded, especially at this part of the year, hell even some books with better financial history have the same problems occasionally.

Dimeline has offered to give checks to players and pick up any fees until Moneybookers is available, all in all an inconvenience but not a sign to be alarmed IMO.

    Mate,

it looks like you have some personal agenda against this book. I have been given a rough ride by this book, but you seem to start so many threads about them one after another. All it does is creates false panic. Also guy from dimeline told me that you tried to strike a deal with them suggesting that you will make a favourable post for them. Now I am not sure whether it is true or not but creating several threads about one book when you havent had half the trouble that I had seems a bit over the top.

YOu have made a random assumption and decided to post it on SBR. I made a deposit using moneybookers too, I was offered a cheque and yes it is inconvenient but what the ****, START PANICKING when the money doesn't arrive.

Stop creating threads about them, you are not solving the problem instead amplifying it. I am waiting for a cheque to arrive next week. There is a quicker option via fedex if you are so concerned pay $50 get it in 3-5 dyas and get over and done with it.

And NO i am not promoting this book but your posting is not helping anyone

    Huh?

First thread I have EVER started about them.

And yeah, when I send in MY MONEY in ADVANCE for them to HOLD IN TRUST and then they can't even pay that back to me in a timely fashion.....

I have personal issues with the book. Like "where is my money"???

I paid the $50 for fedex duh. I would LOVE to get it "over and done with".

Are you worried no one else will postup there now so we can get paid Raul? Well, no one should until this book gets their shit together to pay in a timely fashion. I am not going to try and sucker anyone else in just so I can get paid, you want to go that fashion, that is up to you.

My post is helping someone, just not us who are already stuck/held hostage by these guys.

SBR rating of D+ is doing that job very well of warning people about the pitfalls.

I have a question in answer to your question. Yes, I am annoyed, aren't you ? I have a lot of pending issues with them, I will worry when the fail to deliver on their promise of cheque payment and like Lou said every book have problems from time to time.

Now you still haven't answered did you not say to dimeline guy that you will post a favourable ppost on SBR and they showed that email to SBR ?

I find it hard to believe that you don't care about $5400

    Huh?

No. What e-mail are you talking about? Dimeline never even asked me to post anything favorable about them.

Now let me ask you this. What are you smoking?

Of course I care about $5400. But, in this case, the book owes me $4500.

This is a book I sure as hell won't play at. Oddsmaker takes the cake for sure with e-mails. DLM comes in second.

While Raul would much appreciate you putting funds into this book so he can get paid, I have one word of advice on that.

    DON'T.

This bunch has no intention of paying anyone.

I got an e-mail Friday confirming that I have met my rollover.

Then an e-mail requesting that I ask for a check since "they had no funds in moneybookers".

Yes sir we need you to request a check as we don't have the funds in Moneybookers at the moment. If you would like to wait please let us know.
Then I get this e-mail tonight.

Your request to withdraw $2,000.00 has been declined.
What a bunch of jokers. I have already filed a complaint with SBR previously, I am forwarding these new joke e-mails on as well. Pino, what gives? You never used to be a stiff......

    I hope so Moonbeam.

The fact that they had a relationship with SBR was one of the reasons that I signed up with them and sent them four deposits of $2600, I figured they wanted to clean up their act and keep their rating at a respectable level.

I hope you get your funds Peep. No player deserves to be stiffed. But the more i learn about SBR, the more i am under the impression that SBR's ratings and grades that they give certain books are not indicative of the type of book that they actually are. ($$$)

OK, my first post was just a joke.

But now I really hope you get your money.

$10400 is a lot of money. If this is the truth, you are a really sharp punter.

Thanks for the best wishes Pp22.

I didn't send them $10,400 Moonbeam, I sent them four deposits TOTALING $2600.

Still, they currently owe me $4500.

They admit they owe me $4500.

    I would like my $4500.

This is not a complicated situation at all.

    Who knows?

I put the case in as a complaint with SBR, Lou tells me apparently the decline of the withdrawal request "was a mistake". I suspect it was because I had two withdrawal requests in, one for a check and one for a moneybookers, for some reason they didn't like that, even though I had enough in there to cover both, but who knows?

In the end, either they pay or they don't. I'll see if I get a check in ten days I guess. Some poor bastards are waiting longer than that for a check from WSEX so I have some company in the queque.

They all seem to take funds in pretty quickly though.

Just when I think things are going not too bad....

I got an e-mail from Robert Wilde yesterday, telling me I would have a check by the end of the week.

Very good, I am a happy camper. Thanked him, they close my ticket.

Then this asshole "Pino" calls me today. TELLS ME I HAVE TO RETRACT ALL MY POSTS ON SBR OR HE WILL PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON MY CHECK.

Now I see where this Raul guy asks me about "wasn't I told to post something nice about Dimelines". Dumbass Pino's idea of "public relations".

What a jerk. He says I can't get paid moneybookers because "the owners won't fund the account". I say "duh, the moneybookers go to PINO@ (e-mail addy)". He starts yelling. I call him a deadbeat.

As I say, things WERE going well.....

Anyway thought they didn't give a shit about SBR ratings? Simple way of doing it, retract your statement......wait till you get your cash, then constantly burn the fvckers on here....win win situation for me

They deserve everything they get......and that is a big fat F-

So they put you on the "say we are the bestest ever and we will pay you program" too mbynwa?

They are funny. Hey Pino it is not about who likes who, it is about who bet, won, and now should be paid.

I did get a followup phone call, more consiluatory, so I will put in my withdrawal again.

Inexcusable behavior from Dimeline. This is a small operation that is learning as they go, making some terrible decisions in the process and letting forum feedback dictate how they treat their players.

I am hopeful that Peep will receive the rest of his money and Dimeline can learn from their continued mistakes and lack of professionalism.

I was going to send them some money today. They have been good to me so far, but I have to take a pass now. This childish behavior is hard to believe... Don't they understand that every book in the world gets hammered on the forums until a "shit book" turns into a "stand up" book? Once you are marked as a no-pay book you are just going to starve...maybe it's time for me to give 5Dimes a try...

Thank you to Lou for helping mediate this issue. He has been doing a lot of talking to both sides. SBR does a lot they don't get full credit for in this area.

And at this point Dimelinesports and I have talked and buried the hatchet. I am back on the check payment processor list, and should receive a check early next week.

I will report back when that happens. I am still locked out of my account, but I don't care about that, I won't make a bet there until I am paid in full anyways.

I'm not sure how long you have been at SBR. It says you registered a month ago. Dont know if you were somebody else before.

But the more I learn about SBR, the more I trust them that there ratings are accurate and not biased by money.

Offshore sportsbooks are in a tough climate because of the US government. SBR does a very good job (the best in the industry) of weeding out the bad ones.

Peep, I hope your situation works out.
