This case is similar to one you might remember involving these three books.
Player joins all 3 books in June 2008 and deposits $20K, gets his balance up to $40K over five months of consistent play, and then his accounts are shutdown in November for having accounts at each brand.
The player was refunded $10,500 in deposits but the sportsbook is still withholding $9,500 six months after the fact. They've refused to pay any winnings due to this nonsensical rule barring play at multiple brands.
A friend of mine wrote to them after they complained to him he was using two of their books to "circumvent limits".
He thanked them, closed one of the accounts, then asked them for a list of their books so "he wouldn't make that mistake again". Nada back but a form letter thanking him for his business.....
Any update in my case please,Sportsbetting management investigating my credit card statements for over a month and a half now, no deposits returned and no news from SBR either. What happen ?
