Hy all!

I dont know if this is the right way to post this, but I dont know where should i write this.
I came through a odds comparing site to a bookie named betclic. They advertised on a banner, that for new costumers the first bet is risk free up to 10 euros (if u lose your 1 bet up to 10 euro, they will give you the bonus 10 euro).

So my first bet was a losing one, but there was no bonus on my account. Then I wrote an email to them and they said I send an ID copy first to get the bonus. So Ive send them my ID scan and they validated and everything was ok. But no bonus. Then I wrote them why there is no bonus, they then told me I have to wait 72 hours for the bonus. Ok I ve said, I waited about 5 days, stil no bonus on my account. Then I wrote them and Ive got this reply:

Thank you for your email.

We apologize but there is no welcome bonus for users registers in Slovenia.

Stay away from them, if they dont want to give the promised 10 euros bonus, then you know how crappy this bookie must be.
An absolutely negative rating from me.

Its not so much about this 10 euros, but to make fools of the costumers that makes me soo angry.

thats bad for peoples from slovenia, but i can say that ive got 3 bonuses from them in the last 6 months (bonus 35.-€ (nov 08) / cashback 20.-€ (nov 08) / Bonus 20.-€ (feb 09)).
and after rollover im ever got a relative fast payout (2-3 Days Moneybookers).
so i can say nothing bad about this book.

I've had the same story with them.
" unfortunately, users living in Romania are not entitled to receive the welcome bonus. "
The problem is that they didn't write that in the Bonus Terms and Condition, neighter in the General Terms.

Betclic is a Shit book!!Here in Greece they never answher at our e-mails ,and also there is not exist a call number or live chat.We must go to english section,where ,they say,"sorry but you must speak to Greek section'.Bordelo betclic.

By the way, books exclude countries like that because they've been defrauded a lot by multiple-ID users from there in the past. At some point it becomes unprofitable to offer bonuses.

there are many other books which will give you bonus.

yes, quick payouts - a couple of hours via moneybookers
they don't answer your emails? probably their customer service is not the best/quickest, but what do you need to ask them?
also if it is your first payout, they may want to verify your account, which takes time and extra days if over the weekend.
and if it is about a petty bonus you are after, which you didn't get due to their rules, then don't embarass yourself over 20 euro

Each two months or so, they offer me a reload bonus of 10-15 euro.
So I use it only until I can get the bonus out of there. I never had problems with them but I try not to bet on any extraordinary lines and mistakes or make any big bets. Poor lines and nothing special about this bookie.

I sent all documents they needed,i make all the roll over for the bonus,i have now nearly 250 euros,i asked at english chat (after a lot difficulties) to make a pay out,and they anshwer me "yes sir you are eligible to make your first withdrwal".Now 4 days have past,no money at moneybookers account,no answher at my e mails.Please don t insist to support them,couse i am very angry with betclic now.I ll wait 2-3 days more and i ll ask the help of SBR.
