Hy all!

I dont know if this is the right way to post this, but I dont know where should i write this.
I came through a odds comparing site to a bookie named betclic. They advertised on a banner, that for new costumers the first bet is risk free up to 10 euros (if u lose your 1 bet up to 10 euro, they will give you the bonus 10 euro).

So my first bet was a losing one, but there was no bonus on my account. Then I wrote an email to them and they said I send an ID copy first to get the bonus. So Ive send them my ID scan and they validated and everything was ok. But no bonus. Then I wrote them why there is no bonus, they then told me I have to wait 72 hours for the bonus. Ok I ve said, I waited about 5 days, stil no bonus on my account. Then I wrote them and Ive got this reply:

Thank you for your email.

We apologize but there is no welcome bonus for users registers in Slovenia.

Stay away from them, if they dont want to give the promised 10 euros bonus, then you know how crappy this bookie must be.
An absolutely negative rating from me.

Its not so much about this 10 euros, but to make fools of the costumers that makes me soo angry.

thats bad for peoples from slovenia, but i can say that ive got 3 bonuses from them in the last 6 months (bonus 35.-€ (nov 08) / cashback 20.-€ (nov 08) / Bonus 20.-€ (feb 09)).
and after rollover im ever got a relative fast payout (2-3 Days Moneybookers).
so i can say nothing bad about this book.

I've had the same story with them.
" unfortunately, users living in Romania are not entitled to receive the welcome bonus. "
The problem is that they didn't write that in the Bonus Terms and Condition, neighter in the General Terms.
