Hope all is well.

Over the last few years I have always made myself as available as I could and probably more than any owner in the post up business in the forums.

I take the good with the bad , no book is perfect and we are not the exception but if there is something I have always prided myself upon is giving good service and paying people on time and faster than most . Sometimes there are rushes at work with hundreds of clients calling it at the same time with deposit information , asking for payouts etc etc so the rep may not spend those extra minutes chatting that they usually do but we always do right by our players.

Now when I see a poster like " Linesfreak " that goes on rampages against BetIslands because he lost in our casino and he feels it is not fair and decides to bad mouth a book it bothers me and it bothers me alot and this when I question the forums as I am here to help not to be extorted by people because they do not get their way at the book.

This poster was offered bonuses , 2nd chances and when he won he got paid on time and then Betislands was a top book for him.

After bashing betislands for days and calling one of our female reps a " B***h " I left the door open to this player , 3 days ago he deposited and lost he came on chat and I even credited him a comp that was almost 100% of his deposit after taking a deposit bonus something not at alot of books would do , at this time I offered him to close his casino he decided to keep it open.

This forum is one of the few things players have to safeguard themselves and submit complaints not deceive posters into thinking that a book that does their best and has one of the cleanest payout records is not a good choice.

Betislands is a good book we pay fast , we give good service and we offer good deals. We may not be the perfect book but I am sure we are one of the best for US players.

Our football packages will be out next week including cash bonues + free half points + seasonal rebates on football.

i just don't understand why you give in to people like that as all it does is open yourself up for more complaint threads where there is really no complaint just some broke **** looking for a FP.

Jon, Glad to see that you actually do care what we players think of your book. There will always be players that bash your book for one reason or the other. I was one of the posters who agreed with Linesfreak that the casino portion of your book is slightly shady. But the truth of the matter is...... People dont need to play in the casino if they think it is not fair. I deposit at BetIslands 85% of the time even though I dont like your casino because the sports aspect of things, the above average customer service (even though ashely is gone) and the fact that i can have my money in a matter of hours. Jon.....keep doing what your doing and I promise you will continue to climb to the top....

BI has been very good to me. I've won and received payments everytime I requested within 4 days. If you're a USA citizen you should be grateful that there is a book thats US friendly and a man like Jon that goes out of his way to keep us informed.

They pay out a certain %. It is tough for people who've won in them before and are compulsive gamblers. I imagine he has won his fair share of sessions at BI and other books that use DGS software. As stated many times with the DGS software it is streaky. You could go months without a sizeable win or have numerous big wins in a few days.

get it in writing. always get everything and anything in writing. a lot of bs on here about people "feel" stepped on, or bi did not "honor" something. I never seen anyone post anything on here in writing that contradicted the experience. Personally, i dont take bonsues as they are a ball and chain, but if you take a bonus, get it in email and then be done with it.

Nothing to do with bonuses.It has to with the-107 they took away and the way they handled bases.I do have PMs from Jon also backing up what they offered me but I don't post PMs since that would take the private part out of the equation.
