My impression is positive. They are a rec-book, and your limits may be cut quickly... but that is just intelligent risk management. I have nothing bad to say about them.

It all depends on what you're looking for.....if you care about excellent customer service....go with BetIslands....if you want same day payouts....go with Betislands....if you want overnight and early lines.....DO NOT go with Betislands....they post lines at the last minute, especially for MLB this could be a big disadvantage if you're the type that like to "cap" games and do your research

Also, they won't offer ML on non-televised games for preseason NFL and sometimes during regular season too!

Overall good book...for the casual type bettor ONLY!

Cliff notes....
They came to peoples attention about a year and a half ago. Mostly everyone signed up because they gave away a freeplay and that is what the nickle and dimers do at SBR and other forums. At first I just thought well I got a fp here and would never be back.

They are my main book from that day on and I never would have expected it from day 1. I never had a problem with a payout. They are always ready that day, some early. You have a legitimate gripe, Jon will give you his ear. He is beyond fair, but he is a bookmaker also.

As far as betting goes they have everything that suites my needs. I don't spend hour capping or care about overnights. So this doesn't bother me. For college they have qtr, half,2nd half and game lines. The same with NFL, props.


With all the praise I was hot under the collar a few times w/ them. Mostly casino, which is turned off for the past 4 months and I could tell you my life feels better. The others were my fault based on bad info I got from a p2p representative. I did apologize and didn't give them time to look into it.

Horse-If you want to dabble with pennies and make a small bet, you will be safe. If you don't bet horse, don't start here. Payout limits are very low. I can't argue that they should be higher because I'm not a shot caller and I wouldn't be happy paying out 10k, 20k tickets here or there. Believe me they can be hit. To limit exposure to this, the limits are set as they there.

Casino-If you aren't a degenerate gambler and have control and know when to walk away, be my guest and play. It is like any other DGS casinos that all books have, with the exception of 5 dimes large variation game casino. If you are a maniac and lose all of your game betting in the casino and want to kill people, have them turn it off.


Overall I am very pleased with them and what I can't get there, horses, I find another ADW or deposit at the track. I like their bonuses because it gives people like me added ammo.

IMO best rec book I have seen in a while! Only reason not to play there is if you are a big timer (10K a game) or an early line smasher. If you are not those two things I highly recommend them.

Very good Sportsbook, Kat and everyone is great a customer service and they have extreme fast payouts and even do payouts on Saturday until 11AM with p2p payouts!

There monthly 20 percent cash back program is very nice also since most of us are loseing gamblers anyways
