I´m with a little problem with fiestaBET and I´m looking for some help if its possible.

I have open account with fiestaBET about 3 week ago or 4 week.

Made my 100€ deposit and got a 50€ bonus, no problem on that,

on first bet i lose 100€
on second i bet 50€ @2.25 and got 112,5€
on third bet i lose all money.

Ok no problem with this.

this week on may 11, I saw fiestaBET 15% reload up to 50€, and i have deposit 340€ and instantly got 390€ (340+50) in my account.

I bet on Denver-Dallas game 4 - Dallas Spread -1.5 390€@1.91 ==> payout 744.55€ (it should be 744.9€ but it seems that real odd is 1.90910, no problem with a few cents, but is wrong put 1.91 and inst real 1.91)
BALANCE: 744,55€
12-May
I bet on FC KÖLN-Hertha Berlin - Hertha Berlin Spread -0.5 170€+300€ @1.91 ==> payout 897.28€ (should be 897.7€ but once again no problem with that)
BALANCE: 1171.83€
13-May
I bet on Denver-Dallas game 5 -Denver Spread -8.5 280€@1.91 ==> payout 534.55€ (should be 534.8€ but once again no problem with that)
BALANCE: 1426.38€

Today 14 May I log in my account to bet on Orlando -6.5 and my limit has decrease from 500€ per line to 25€ per line, now i can only bet 25€, and the problem starts here.

This 15% bonus have a rollover of 5 times deposit+Bonus so 390€*5=1950€ of total rollover. I have made 390+170+300+280 = 1140€ on bet i´m missing 810€ to full fill the rollover.

So Now i cannot request a cash out because rollover request and i can only bet 25€ per line, i will take a full season to make 25 single bets to full fill the rollover.

I already send one email today to fiestaBET after read this:

"Nota: Los límites pueden incrementarse por medio de una solicitud y con base en la historia del jugador en el sportsbook"

to try increase my limit per line, but i did not get any answer until this moment.

What can I do?

I suppose there is nothing you can do about this.Try to put more bets.FiestaBet is very difficult to deal with.Good luck!

From your post I would say your limits are reasonable enough in terms of your remaining rollover.

I would perhaps consider betting other sports as well if you have the need to finish the rollover as quickly as possible.

I cannot bet more then 25€ per line so why should I need 1400€ on this sportbook? of course i want to make a rollover only because e cannot bet more then 25€.

But i will not just bet on any sport or game just to make a rollover, I bet when I think is a good bet, but now have to make 25 single bets takes to much time. and fiestabet have a poor market list and there odds are a little poor!

decrease from a 500€ per line to 25€ its a little drastic. Sportbooks just want to win fast money, when they lose some money they get all there terms and conditions up to limit, kick, banish and do what ever they want to players that have good guess.

Okay, but mgmt reserves the right to limit players- when bonuses are involved all that matters is that the new limits are fair. Making 25 bets as you say is not something I would personally consider as being unreasonable.

Fair enough, i will try to make 25 selection soon and will update this feedback.

but I did not get any answer to my email to them yet. and one of my main concerns is leave here the feedback from my experience with fiestabet.

I have been consulting SBR always before opening one account at any sportbook so I think is important as many information about all sportbooks as possible.

Update i have now 510€ of rollover left, 21 single bets of 25€ left to full fill rollover!


I have make a wrong calculation on number of bets its 810€/25€ = 32.4 so its was 33 single bets and not 25 as i have said first.

Hi

I finished my rollover on Sunday night (24 may), and i make a withdraw request on Sunday night, it said that takes approximately 24h. I wait 24h and after 24h and no response or money I send on Monday night on email to then, and e get a fast response that it will be take care.
about 2h ago (Tuesday night) I got one email from neteller and another from fiestabet saying that money is on my neteller, it takes a total 48h but e got my money out 1400€.
