I rec'd a withdrawal check via USPS from WSEX yesterday. It was requested on 3/02/2009.

SBR currently has 5 ongoing complaints with WSEX. The fact that the number isn't higher is a good sign, but of the complaints we do have, 4 are over a month. Two going back to February. It seems that with processors dropping left and right, these players have gotten their checks sent to places that never processed them.

WSEX is paying everyone as far as we can tell, but customers are not happy (for very good reason) with the lack of clear updates or good customers service to try to resolve these issues quickly.

Their checks all come from the same processor they and matchbook have been using for a year.

boring shit, if you need money faster withdrawal from other books, transfer to MB or whatever but all this whining and Wsex bashing doesn´t help

Been with WSEX for about 10 years, never experienced anything like this.

You can't possibly believe that. These issues have been going on for quite a while now, has nothing to do with "processors dropping left and right."

Name another major book that is having this kind of difficulty paying out it's players. As Durito pointed out, they've been using the same processor as Matchbook for a very long time. Somehow Matchbook doesn't seem to be having the same problems. This has absolutely nothing to do with processors. It has to do with WSEX and WSEX alone.

It pisses me off when people buy their BS excuses and give WSEX a free pass based on how reliable they were years ago.

It seems like from what im reading they have gone from bad to worse...They may have been slow in the past but I always got my Fed Ex checks from them in under 1 Month and the few other times I requested a Payout via Regular Mail it took no more then 37 Total Days to recieve my Check..

And this is coming from someone who did receive their full withdrawal recently, although after 2.5 months. Still no excuse for their runaround tactics, and no communication unless I initiate it.

sorry i didnt see the reply for me so i withdraw april 28 and may 15th and i both receive it in 3-5 days using moneybookers.
