    $1,200 BetOnline **** Delay?

    Do not use **** payouts through BetOnline because they have been giving me the run around for a month. They just keep telling me the processor is delaying the payment but the kicker is they won't even let me use a different payout method. (I used ** for another payout and had my money in a day).
    So I'm supposed to just wait? Anyone else having a similar problem because I really think this is shady and I'm kind of worried that I'm never going to see that $1,200.

    File an Complaint to SBR, they would help get your money

    Lou this is not true with other sites. BOL is giving me the same run around. I'm 19 business days in on a wire and 14 business deep on another wire. Every morning I get some generic emailing "apologizing for the inconvenience but there is a delay in processor ". (aka they're trying not to pay me). Not to mention one day a service rep says it will be here by XYZ date. Then the next day a manager says that rep "lied to me" and they have no idea when i will get paid. I've been a loyal VIP member with sportsbetting.ag for over 4 years and since the merger I'm treated like this. I've deposited over 150k in my time and they are giving me the run around right before football season? What kind of business practice is this?

    Also I'm awaiting on 9 separate checks (pre merger) and I'm 7 weeks into waiting in those. Funny thing is they told me sept 1st at the latest ....now they are saying 8 more weeks. I've read these forums up and down and these generic b.s. responses are given to EVERY PLAYER OWED MONEY. I'm huge in the online gaming world. I'm very close to utilizing my over 17000 followers on twitter to explain how BOL runs there book. THEY DON'T PAY. It's a shame a VIP loyalist like myself is getting treatment like this. I've talked into great detail to Justin7 who works on this site. He assured me I will get paid but so does every BOL customer service rep. I mean theres thread after thread about how BOL will slow play or not play at all. Please don't hold a blind eye to this anymore. I don't want ppeople going through what I'm going through. It's painful. I'm owed a total of over 39k. I feel they are avoiding me because of the amount they owe me.

    Also, complaints being received and followed up on. You guys have not helped me at all. Lou, you've given me 3-4 responses all robotically saying the same thing. "Bol is backed up on there payments since the merger with sportsbetting.ag occurred". When, in fact, if anyone with a brain spends some time on these threads search back a year or two there is so many absured complaints with BOL as to how they slow play and don't pay. Well that was all before the merger. So that just makes for a very political and lazy excuse. The point of this forum is to help innocent players who have questions in general or to help with payout issues. It doesn't seem like your helping me at all in this difficult job. If you can't do it Lou can you turn my case over to justin7?

    Update:
    Received an email from Lou saying he would see if BOL would allow me to at least change the payout method since the wire payout had been delayed and delayed.

    Then, I got a quick voicemail from BOL saying I would be able to switch methods due to the delay. So I called last night to proceed and was told everything was in order with the new payout and that I could get the info to pick up my cash today.

    I call tonight after receiving no word from BOL and they tell me they can't switch payout methods and that the wire is in progress but still delayed. After explaining to the CS rep that I was already told it was taken care of and that i've heard the same thing multiple times with no results he puts me on hold for over 5 minutes, comes back and says "okay sir, I'm told it will be in your bank account tomorrow morning by 10am". Then, an hour later I get an email saying it's still going to be delayed.

    Honestly how hard can it be to give me a straight answer? Lou, isn't there anything you can do about this situation? I'm getting taken advantage of by BOL with every day that passes.

    Thsi is EXACTY what I, going through....lies lies lies. One minute I can change method. Then I can't. Then it will be in my bank my tomorrow. Then I get an email saying it will be delayed. LOU AREN'T YOU HERE FOR US? Why is everyone ignoring us and continue to have them B+ rated?

    IMAO BOL reminds me alot of Bodog/Bovada they worry about advertising and greasing the appropriate palms first and worry about paying the player last! Will you eventually get paid sure you will but do the pros outweigh the cons? Try playing at some of the top 5 books that the posters like!

    Nothing is 100% for sure, but most books will use the slow pay tactic which Betus, SBG, Bovada, and BOL use. Most everybody will eventually get their money if it is a legit claim. I don't have an axe to grind with any of these books, but know from friends who have been through the exact same experiences with these shops and they all got paid after a long delay. Sometimes there is a legit problem with processors, but it seems like some books always are slow to pay. Best of luck to you!

    Update:
    Payout is now listed on my BOL pending payouts as "processed/paid". I check my bank account however and still no money.
    I'm going to give my bank like a day to see if the credit will show up but according to BOL the payment was finally processed and should be in my bank account.
    They said if it doesn't show up to send a copy of my bank statement but I really hope I won't have to do that and jump through even more hoops.

    Thanks awolf for your update.

    When we spoke with management, they were going to try to offer you an alternate payout method at no cost to you but the original method had cleared. We'll inquire on when exactly you're expected to see the funds.

    Update:
    Still no money in bank account even though BOL has my payout marked as "paid".
    So I call to find out what's goin on and I keep getting told it should be in my bank account. After refusing to get off the phone because I've been told the same thing 100 times and assuring them that the money is not in my bank account, they suddenly give me a new story that the swift code was wrong and that it must have been returned. But how are they just now telling me this?? Wouldn't this be something they would have told me weeks ago or even days ago when I said it wasn't in my account?

    So, all of a sudden my swift code is wrong even though the payment was marked as processed/paid. So again, I verified all the info and now I'm told it will be another 24 hours to process the updated request. If it doesn't go through it will then supposedly be returned to my betonline account.

    The bottom line is that BetOnline has a serious lapse in communication between the processing department and customer service. But even worse than that is the absolute lack of communication with us... the customers!! The only way I found any of this out was by calling and calling and trying to get my money.

    I really hope they can get this all sorted out but I get the feeling that they honestly don't really care about how long you have to wait.

    I REPEAT: never use a wire through BOL. They will not communicate with you at all after its been approved so don't even waste your time. Just do person to person (** and **) Also, Lou hasn't really done anything to ensure my receipt of said funds so I'm a little upset with SBR as well.

    I feel your pain bro, just wish I had read these posts before making any deposits on BOL. I am over 20 business days into my payout request. I had to go through so much just to get it approved too. Waiting period, rollover requirement, documents, and security forms. So rediculous, and now I get the same response as you every day, "delay with payment processor." Im told I cant change the method of payout either.

    I am telling everyone in the poker room to not deposit on BOL. I also filled out a complaint form with SBR, received a response from Lou, but nothing happened as a result. I sure wish someone could help me out. I really need this money bad.

    LOL betonline is total garbage. There seriously is NO REASON to play there. Click any sponsor besides them at the top of the page even. Close your eyes and click and you'll be happier.

    I have been having the same problems with Betonline and have been going on a month now waiting for my payout to in my bank account. I have been getting the same run around emails saying the deposits coming and then its on delay and then its coming and so on.

    Also was just wondering if you ever saw your payout Awolf because I have no idea on what to do?

    Nope, still don't have the money in my bank account. I pretty much call everyday to try and catch that one cs rep that is able to give me some sort of a different response. I was told Friday that my updated swift code was sent and that I should have the money in my bank account no later than this Tuesday.

    However, I'm not getting my hopes up because I'm sure on Tuesday when I check my bank account it still won't be there. It's happened that way each time they've told me it will be there.

    Remember, my initial request was approved on June 30th. Tuesday will be August 7th and still nothing.

    Good luck to you all with similar issues and when (and if) I get the payout I will let you all know.

    You will eventually get paid just wait for a player to loss $1,200 then they will pay you

    It's Tuesday and of course, no payout yet. I haven't even heard from Lou and he was waiting to hear from management about what the problem is.
    I have a feeling they might even be giving him the cold shoulder.

    Could be worse Awolf I was told that my payout was paid and under the cashier button on their website it also says paid. Guess what, no payout was wired into my account. Im going to have to give them a call now and I cannot wait to hear what they say. Oh and I was told it should have been deposited no later than this past Friday.     Mine has said "paid" for 3 weeks but i still have no money in my account. They are seriously a terrible book. Every person tells me something different just to get me off the phone. One says 2-4 business days to correct the problem, another says 10 more business days to be re-processed. Absolutely ridiculous.
    Still waiting on LOU to resolve this.
