casineto is delaying my payment!!!!????
One month ago I found this bookie and their bonus was interesting!
I didn't know more about them but I decided to try.
They seem to be reliable.
They give my bonus instant.
I have finish my roll over and request a payout on 29.04.2009 to casineto.net
The pay out was by moneybookers!
I have sent more emails to them to ask about my payment and after some time they have just answer me to one:
Dear User,
I’m sorry but it seems that there will be further delays in the payments. Unfortunately you will have to wait a few more days until we can transfer you your money. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

I am a new player and I do not know how to resolve the situation.
This were my first winnings from gambling and I can not enjoy my money!
I can not sleep until them and I am worried.

I think you should wait a litle bit more and if the problem persist you should phone or you can fill a complaint here.
But never sign up without feedback of the sportsbook.

I too am having a problem with Casineto, not only are they not processing my moneybookers payment but they don't reply to any of my emails. They state 48 hours maximum for all withdrawals but it clearly isn't the case. I'll give it another week and then submit a formal complaint form. Others might want to be careful of Casineto

I ask question before signing up about their bonus...after 14 days i receive answer  ...very good speed.So for this reason i dont want to deal with this CostaRica based new bookie.

I've sent them about 4 emails over the past 2 weeks and now finally got an answer to one, they apologised, agreed that this is not how a professional sportsbook should operate, and told me that due to "technical problems" they're having, it will be a few more days before they can process my Moneybookers payment. i would love to hear a brief description of their technical problems, it sounds like such a cop-out. and no excuse for taking 2 weeks to reply to people.

Within 17 days after the request withdrowal, i resived e-mail-

waiting for casineto payment
hello valentina, it seems we are in the same situation
i have also made a withdrawal after complet the conditions bonus on the 10 of may
they said to me, than moneybookers adress doesn't match with my casineto email
so i have tried a new withdrawal this time of 50 euros on 17 of may
it is the second day so normally i'll have my money
but casineto doesn't responded at email or phone is always busy
i suppose nobody is behind the phone line
i am waiting a little moment if not i'll do a complain from SBR
for the moment and until i have not received my payment
i am obliged to say to people do not suscribe any account with them
if i receive my payment i'll correct this letter on this forum
until now DO NOT SUSCRIBE ON CASINETO

I am emailing this book on on the complaints we are getting. Right now it has been five complaints, and two of those slow pays have been solved. So that is the good news. I am working to get you other three players paid as soon as possible.

I requested two withdrawals last week. Tried to phone them, but no answer. This week (sunday) I got an e-mail stating that i would be payd within a 'few days'. The money did not hit my moneybookers account yet.
Given the above stories I believe this bookie is to be avoided for now.
@JoshW could you help me in getting payd? This is really annoying.

I have requested two withdrawals on the 1st and 4th of May totalling over 6K and they've been stalling ever since. They also told me the story about their technical issues and that i'll be paid in a few days. I could really use some advise on how to proceed from here. Losing 5K euro due to Goldvictory busting hurt a lot, dont want to go through that again.

Casineto closed my account with 550$ in it without giving any explanations . I send them over 10 letters to theirs 3 diffirent emails and nobody answered . I tried to phone them but the phone line is always busy . What should i do ? Can someone help me ... I really need this money . Thank you very much guys

The payout I received dated from 1 May and the one I haven't yet received was from 4 May. I withdrew to moneybookers.
Edit: proof of getting paid, so they're not a scam, but it sure is slow pay.

I've also been waiting 10 days for my Withdraw form Casineto to Moneybookers, others are instant!....
and I sent a question regarding being unable to deposit and it took 12 days just to reply to that, by then I had already upgraded browser and fixed the problem.
but still no payment into Moneybookers....

sucker42 my advice would be to send them a followup email now (as it will take them 1 week to receive it) asking for an update, maybe attach a screenshot from your moneybookers account.

I have the same problem.
At 10 May I made withdrawal inqiury and they wrote to me than in 48 hours operation will be processed. I wrote 3 or 4 letters but still haven't recieve money. Now is 26 day waiting.
They once wrote me at 17 May:
"Dear User,
Sorry for the late reply and for the delay in transferring your money; we have been facing some technical issues. We will transfer you your money in a few days. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!
