I have not found shilbet topic on SBR forum. Sportbook is probably licensed in Costa Rica.
I am little worried with info founded on bookmakersreview

Gutebet (NR), which was the topic of the day at bonus betting forums earlier this year, seems to have died.
Shilbet (NR) is probably a sister site as it uses the same "revolutionary betting" tagline Gutebet used to promote its service and more importantly the genius who designed the site didn't think to remove the Gutebet name from metatags and text on most of the Shilbet pages.

They have registered Ecuador VS Argentina match as a draw 0:0! Since this match ended 2:0 (Ecuador won) it's clear they're trying to mislead their members in a bad way.

I have placed a bet on Ecuador, too. I asked support, why my bet is wrong settled? They answered

About your inquire, the bet was placed on half time result and not full time result, therefor the outcome is correct.
You can see it for yourself in your "My sent forms" section, just click on the event and you will see two number under the notes section, 2 and 8.
2 means 3way bet and 8 means half time result bet.

you're totally right the notes thing is very confusing at the beginning things like that happen to me to but after you got the idea it's pretty easy i myself won on the ht result you just need pay more attention because they usually put 3way bets in the homepage and promote other stuff like ht and handicaps in other sections.

Shilbet.com changed my wager too in the same manner, from full time result to half time result, making my winning wager lose. By doing this they forgot two very important things. One of them is that at the present they do not offer betting on half time result. They offer only 3way bets on football (soccer) matches and this can be verified pretty easily.
In my opinion they came up with the worst possible explanation.

Yesterday , I have promised to prove that shilbet is not tell a truth.
On screenshot below you can see offered odds (screenshot is made on my account history)

Let's analyze this odds. Half time betting odds are much different from full time odds. The most important difference is on half time draw option has much lower odds. Shilbet has offered here 3.1 for a draw ( american odds +210), and I am sure it is not half time odds for a draw.
Average markets odds of a HT draw was 2.0 , no-one bookmaker didnt offered odds highher than 2.1! All bookmakers offered odds for a draw in a full time odds between 3.0 to 3.3. Next let's see for the Argentina to win odds . Shilbet odds was 1.7 (american odds -142). Other bookmakers has offered odds for a HT Argentina win between 2.7 to 3.3!. 1.7 it is early odds for Argentina win FT in many bookies, and this odds are fully unreal for a HT win. Of course, odds for a Argentina to win HT cannot be lower than odds for Argentina to win FT .
So,surely it is not HT betting odds. Please compare with early odds for FT in BWIN
Ecuador to win 3.75 in BWIN , 4.0 in Shilbet
Draw 3.3 in BWIN , 3.1 in Shilbet
Argentina to win 1.85 in BWIN, 1.7 in Shilbet
In this moment, I am 100% certain, shilbet has changed description of our bets. Even blind oddsmaker cannot made this odds for HT. 3.1 for a HT draw? no way! 1.7 for a Argentina HT? no way! ( btw 1.7 is correct odds for HT,if Argentina FT odds is 1.2 to 1.3)

I absolutely agree with gryzonko. That's the truth, and here's another proof.
Below you can see printscreen taken from my account history too. Here you can see how they actually changed the wager by simply adding "8" in the Notes. Fortunately they forgot to change the odds. As explained in the gryzoneko's post it's clear that those odds are for full time result. This can be seen on the other printscreen taken from WETTPORTAL.COM in the odds history section. Odds from this printscreen are same with the offered "half time" odds.
I am sure there are more members who are mislead by Shilbet in this way, otherwise they wouldn't came up with this explanation.
Hopefully SBR can help us in some way.

BET365 opened @ 4.0 as well.

I've got no involvement with this case, but you can check it all on odds archive pages.

Edit: 4.0 was the halftime line.

This bookmakers has later reduced odds on Ecuador, Shilbet didn't. That is a answer.
