    yeah, I wonder why no one ever really talks about this re Heritage. they give you the run around. put you on hold, say no one's there... contradict one another... yadda yadda. I like their offerings, but to be totally frank they have been pretty slimy w/ me.

    site states 3-7 biz days. they still are not late. not there in 7 biz days. give them a call. 1 free a month-much better time frame and also cheaper than some.
