    Has anyone received a Neteller payment from Bookmaker recently?

    I requested one on 10th June and another on 15th June. Still have not received anything. Have never had to wait this long for any Neteller withdrawal from any book before. Customer service was not very helpful except telling me it takes 7-14 days after the funds have been removed from my account. They have not yet even removed the funds from my account. Should I be worried?

    My last one was in 06. Seriously, there is no reason to sweat a CRIS Book payout. Are you able to do another method (my last check took 7 days).

    If you live in Asia try Asian support. It might the same people operating both, no idea, however have always got better support using the Asian side.
