They had BIG problems with their website for about just over a week.

Working fine for me Must be your ISP
I have had this problem with several US books. I use a web proxy service to access them.
The best I have found is https://aniscartujo.com/webproxy/index.aspx
Using this I can access the books I have access problems with.

On downforeveryoneorjustme.com it says that both websites are down but I quess that part of the checking script is dynamic and the bookies block some countries. Never seen it before.
