Hey,
yesterday I bet on the match Croatia vs. Italy. I bet on under 4.5 yellow cards by gamebookers sportsbook. My stake was 400 Euro on 2.35. I bet in 5 th or 6th minute. Gamebookers changed the odds after my bets a few times. Other bookies like bet at home has the same line and nearly the same odds. But after the match I wonder why my bet wasn't graded like other livebets shortly after match end. One hour after the game ends, my bets was canceled.

Now gamebookers told me, that they have me given wrong odds and so my bet was canceled. I think thats not correct, because other bookies have nearly the same odds and gamebookers change the odds a few times. And to the beginning of the match the odds are wrong ?? I dont understand it.

Has somebody the same problems or can somebody help me ??

To me price 2.35 indeed seems incorrect since before the game price on BWIN/GB was 1.91, so 5-6 minutes after start it is reasonable to drop even more.But who knows...At least what they could do is to settle bet with new "correct odds".

But I looked only at the live odds and so I cant the that the odds are incorrect. I must think the odds are correct, because gamebookers change the odds a few time. When the odds are incorrect, why did they cancel the bets earlier and why did they accept bets on this bet the whole first half ??

who cares about the odds at other bookies ... who decides the "correct odd" ? they offer , the costumer takes it or not !!! why didn't they correct it during the game ????? they had 15 minutes during the halves ,enough time to correct ...ehhh let me think ,they took a shot !!! bunch of fukers

I agree, if there was mistake, they noticed it straight away, and why waiting to the end of the match? As I sad, at least they could do is settle the bet with corrected odds, maybe 1.85.Will losing bet ever be voided?NO.

Hi, 14 June I bet (livebet) on the match Euro 2012 Croatia vs. Italy. I bet on over 2,5 yellow cards by gamebookers sportsbook. My stake was 2002 PLN(~465 Euro) on odds 2.15. I bet in HALFTIME.At this time there was no yellow card in the game!Odds 2.15 on over 2,5 yellow cards in the match was normal.
Gamebookers changed the odds after my bets a few times on 2.05 and after 1.95. In the second half were 3 yellow cards and my bet should be won. One hour after the game ends, my bets was canceled :/

nothing new here , it is quite normal for bwin to cancel bets after the event has ended ...happened to me four times

SBR, please discuss this issue with BWIN in behalf of all their customers here on forum.This is clear cheating...Just in this topic, one player complains that his winning live bet on UNDER yellow cards is voided AFTER the match, and other player is complaining that his wining live bet on OVER yellow cards is also voided AFTER the match.We are talking about same match,Croatia vs. Italy, big match, big tournament and not some obscure event.

I believe this happens really often but players rarely complain. Why is it hard for them to void bets immediately,like 5 min after placement, if they cant do that then they shouldnt offer live betting. Justin7, please, we need you here.Thank you.

First answer: wrong odds

Second answer: They take no response for the odds. They can't give me the money from the bet, because the bet was canceled.

It is bwin who offer these bets gamebookers and partybets are just a skin now, I've had many causeless cancelled bets in the past, but they cancelled only the winner bets. Rubbish company!

During the whole game are the bets accepted and later settled only losing bets and winnings canceled.Scammers

Thats it. I dont understand why they accept during the whole game. And after the game, they cancel the bets.

When I lost my bet, they didnt cancel it. Im sure !!

i had never heard about gamebookers and didn't know they are branch of bwin ... The fact they branch of bwin explains everything about the canceled bets !!!

who takes the responsibility ? The costumer ?? or the GOD ???? it is their responsibility and they have to take responsibility for their mistakes ....who makes mistakes,takes responsibility !!! BUT ...
This is something that BWIN will never understand ...
i advice you to withdraw you money and to go something else like 188bet / 365 bet / sbobet/ pinnacle where your bets get never void without any clear reason .

So , one bet was placed at the beginning of the match and another bet was place at the end of the first half .... both were canceled claiming incorrect odds ...

my question is :

why the odds are incorrect whole the game ?????????

if they are REALLY incorrect ,then this means to me that they put them PURPOSELY .... so they have the chance to take a shot ...if the bet is winner,they void it ...if it is a lose bet ,they honor it !!!

To me the most interesting part is time of voiding. Always after the match. But after the match it is almost impossible to figure out if odds where correct in 5th minute of the match. So only reason for voiding after the match is to KNOW the score, and then calculate which bets to void.It seems to me that they somehow mark suspicious bets during in-play, and then after the match decide will they void them.Something must be done.

All these guys can do is file a complaint at SBR and hope for some kind of a resolution. Placing a 400 eur bet on yellow cards - even though it's EURO so limits are high - smells a bit like there was some kind of an arbitrage involved. That, however, doesn't give the sportbook in question a right to void a properly placed and accepted bet. They can slash your limits later, but voiding a properly placed bet is crossing a line. Of courrse - question is how far off were they? And here, you'd need historical yellow card odds from before the match, which I don't think any odds-checking service provide. If under 4.5 was around 1.9 before the match... then surely 2.36 with 6 minutes played is a wrong line and gamebookers might have reversed the positions in error - in which case they would be correct to cancel the bet (no cards were given throughout the whole first half). However, it's tough to prove as I doubt anybody has line screenshots from before the match - or from in-play odds from competing sportsbooks. All you can do is file a claim and hope that SBR can manage somehow. However, gamebookers is more of a recreational betting company... I'm not sure about their professionalism when it comes to such matters.

Bwin cancelled the same bets for me too. They cancelled my bets in the same match Under 4,5 yellow cards and Over 2,5 yellow cards.

I placed those 4 bets in Bwin Live Betting at the beginning of Italy - Croatia match:
