    5 Dimes....Jumping thru Hoops!

So I have really dug 5 dimes for the last 2 years. The first 1.5 years I used plastic. For the last 6 months I have been using p2p (which is way better btw) and I went to cashout and I needed to verify plastic even though I hadnt made a plastic deposit in about 4.5 months.

So.... I have moved on. I spent the morning looking at different shops and decided to go with JustBet because of the generous sign-up bonus 100%. So far today I am 4 out of 5 on Baseball and looking to kill it tonight.

I hope this JustBet can satisfy my gambling appetite. 5 Dimes had so many betting options its hard to move on.

Seems like poor excuse to leave 5 dimes. Is that the only reason you made the switch?

actually you do have reason to verify everything. 5dimes has paid basically everyone out on this forum except you? i have hard time believing that, especially since you been feeding them for the last 2 years.

oh btw, i got a payout yesterday. Bol

Just because I made the switch doesnt mean that I will never play there again. I just need to get away as they left me with a bad taste in mouth. If I would have stayed I would feel like I was not doing what I believed in. I just think its completely wrong to verify plastic when I havent used it in 5 months and had made 10+ deposits via p2p since the plastic.

To be honest... I was hoping people would respond to this thread with good things to say about JustBet.... but that hasnt happened yet?

I DID get paid out. Thats NOT what im saying. Im talking about the fact that i had to do a verification with p2p deposits.

No experience with Just Bet. Hopefully some posters can shed some light and see if you made a wise move.

If you use that method to deposit at any other book they all would ask for the same type of verification... The reasons has to do with the threat of charge backs and the high rate of fraud...

So you just going to write them off because you don't understand why you would need to send in a form? Again --->

If you don't miss losing reduced juice and having as many options justbet is probably just as good as your other choices... Of course the switch is still kindof silly as if you had the same transaction history there they would also require verification before providing a payout...

BTW, some books require verification just because you accept a bonus even if you do p2p transaction... No clue if justbet is one that does this or not...

Thanks for the "heads up", I didnt realize that. I like the fact that I got a $500 bonus, probably a deciding factor.

you just moved from a nice neighborhood to a much less desirable part of town for a free first month rent. you already have 5 bets today with more coming, you'll save more money in juice by next week over the 500 freeplay.

in all seriousness, i was asked to do the same with 2 different sportsbook in the past. I think it's just to avoid confusion and protect them. in your case, you got a payout from a p2p deposit. but what happen if in the future you decide to use your cc and the request a payout. some worker might overlook verifying your cc because he's too lazy to look up your history so, by having you verified, it eliminates any possible mistake and save time looking back at your history .

True. Good point. I actually screwed myself by asking the rep if I needed to verify that stuff. If I kept my mouth shut It probably would have slipped like you are saying.

I only did a quick google search but this doesn't look to be the case (seeing 6 months with potential for longer depending on circumstances)...

I also had to verify 2 of my CCs there to get a payout. I've been doing P2Ps there in the last months though. It's a pain verifying but it's nice to know I can deposit with that convenience now that I'm set from here on in.

I play at both and I prefer 5dimes. The reduced juice more than makes up for the bonus justbet gives you. I would say 80% of my action still goes to 5dimes. I would guess they will get even less action during football and basketball season. During the NBA playoffs 5dimes has gotten 95% of that action.

Justbet is fine it is just pretty vanilla for lines and options.

5Dimes is the best book for US players. This is not even up for debate

5Dimes and CRIS offer as much product as anyone, I think, and are as reliable as they come for payouts in my opinion. I have a feeling you'll be back to one of those before long.

Yea, like some posters have said, if you ever deposited with a cc especially in the last 6 mos, you'll have to verify when you finally take a payout. It could be WillHill or Pinnacle and it's going to be the same. These guys need high ratings or else the cost will be higher. It's hard to keep high ratings with gamblers vs retail like Amazon.com.

i always send doc's upfront to avoid the hassle when withdrawling. It's just so much better to fund with p2p, I actually am not tempted to gamble the limited credit i have available to do so.
