I have transferred 137 GBP from casino to sports. They never appeared in sports wallet. I can confirm that our IT Team are aware of this technical fault, whereby transfers from casino to sports have failed to complete. Unfortunately I am unable to give a definite time frame as to when this will be fully fixed but I can confirm that we are looking to have a fix in place as soon as possible. As we’re sure you can understand, the funds you were playing with on the Casino tab were therefore not real cash funds as the money from your Sports wallet remained intact which you were free to play on any other product. We have taken the decision to therefore cancel your play on the Casino over the weekend, effectively returning your account balance to the state it was at on Friday 25th May at 8pm just before the issues began. The funds within your Sports wallet were unaffected and unless used elsewhere or withdrawn by now are still available for you to play. that is it from this point they are ignoring me i have deposited 60 GBP, won 77 GPB, made it to 137GBP and decited to withdraw. they never refunded anythng, but stolen 137 gbp, which is crime. What to do? I just sent the complaint form to SBR for help. Guess just wait now.. Regulator should fine them heavily for such behavior.
