It's a good time for them to tweak and solidify their policies for football. BI is still a young book and changes are a part of the deal with newer shops. We still like the SBR B rating. Players who came in for something that has changed are finding they can get their money back right away which is all that can be asked.

Pulling perks, promotions, bonus offers are one thing.

Bragging about offering a dime line which about 80% of books offer and then regressing back two months into the MLB season is and always will be a strong indicator that a book is getting beat down.

Hi guys,

I value all the feedback in this thread , we have gone through changes to try and become a bettor book like in everything else when there is change some people like it some people not.

Our bonus structure change for instance some people like the small cash bonus with a low roll with a rebate at the end of the month if they lose , the guys that liked the bigger freeplays obviously will frown up on it.

If I speak about our payouts its because we are proud to be one of the fastest and most reliable shops around in the industry unless I am mistaken in the end players want to get paid and get paid fast with low or no fees at all.

I post on SBR to help and inform players , if I ask people to PM me is because I like to let people know that they do not have to go through hoops in order to get a word in with the GM of a book I do not see how a player that has a request would not like to take it up the GM directly and get it sorted out.

In the end no book is everything everyone wants it to be , its like asking a book Pinny to give away a 100% freeplay each book has its own business model , if by chance you look for something in special contact me and we will work it out players always have been and will be treated with respect here.

We are not pulling the dimeline away from people I am just asking people to contact me so we can make arrangements for their account in any case if a player wants to cashout we will be more than happy to send them a payout.

When I started Bet Islands two years ago in there baby stages, They didnt offer nothing like they are offering now.. Maybe this is a get all the suckers you can now and slow pay you later game going on here.. Or maybe they are getting bigger...

I think their model is fine as they reduced their bonus siginicantly. I played at americas bookie and their model is a disaster waiting to happen. They did pay me and I hope i'm wrong, but 100% freeplay bonus and 10% rebate is not for a book like them. *****/americas bookie/etc, to me is all about sales and don't know much or don't care about the business side. For example, they closed my account after I won a few thousands in a 3 day hot streak. I am at best a 50% gambler. right after they closed my account, i lost all the winnings and more to another book.

However, I understand that bonuses = more deposits into book + new users signup for book = winners get paid end. I would assume that people chasing bonuses left are right and leaving books because they dont offer the best bonus are probably repeat losers

The rebate offered on losses was not stated clearly.When I called a customer service rep he said that I would be credited my losses within 24 hours.I waited & then got an arrogant mutant named Mia who said I didnt qualify cause I didnt make a deposit in May.Whats that got to do with anything?Then I get Jon on the phone & he tells me politely to "get lost" & just play somewhere else.He doesnt need the aggravation.

You know what Jon,you didnt complain when I highly recommended your book on several forms & I know for a fact that several guys deposited as a result.You should have a thicker skin when some one who has gone out of their way to recommend you calls up with an issue.No big deal.Tx and BOL

I think Jon should stop trying to cater to every individual client and simply standardize what is available to everyone. Most of us squares are simpletons and we like free sh1t, if one guy gets 100% and I get 25% it causes issues. I prefer overnight lines so I will not be donating any monies to the betting islands. I do applaud your efforts to answer any questions or concerns here and I'm sure its been tough moving and getting hacked by r2d2.

Deposit shouldn't be necessary for rebate if u lost your balance, it's just net monthly losses.
