I requested a cashout by Fedex, and it is on the way to my door, and it only takes about one week or so.

So, things have apparently improve, my last cashout only takes about two weeks.

WSEX is still one of the best and most reputable book out there, they had never stiff one person since their business opening day, and only this fact is enough said.

Highly recommend.

If I am understanding correctly, you haven't even received your payout yet?

This would be a lot more meaningful if you had gotten your cheque and banked it and it hadn't bounced etc. etc.

I like WSEX and am not trying to cast shadows on them, but this report doesn't have a lot of meat on the bones.

WSEX gave me the runaround for a couple of weeks over a Neteller withdrawl, a few months ago. This was the second time they did this to me and in the end I got them to transfer the funds to Matchbook and I haven't bet with them since. Matchbook have always processed my Neteller withdrawls within 12 hours, and for up to 10k a day. I believe the 2 sites are related so I don't understand why one gives such good service and the other one doesn't. I was a good winner at WSEX so maybe they just wanted to stuff me around.

So you make a post at 12:40 am yesterday saying you requested a payout that should take a week to get. Then at 2:40 pm you said you received your fed ex check... GIVE ME A FREAKING break. So instead of a week it took 14 hours. Now that is impressive to get something from Fed EX that quick

cause i got the tracking number, and it showed that it will be on my door next day. and it was. I also deposited the checks and it was clear one day after.

Given what I'd been reading in the forum, I was expecting to wait. I made a call at 4 weeks, sent an email at 5 weeks, and the check arrived in a bit under 6 weeks.

I am very pleased that they sent it Fedex, without a fee, even though I requested the no fee regular mail. I appreciate that they made an extra effort to get it to me after it went beyond the 20 business day regular mail estimate.

I feel better about still having money with them and will continue to play there. I think (hope) things will improve as time passes.

I see what you are saying. But, I said I feel 'better', not I feel 'great'. Just getting the money in not too much of a delay over their posted time frame is encouraging given all the bad news I've been seeing on the forum. It takes a lttle longer than normal. Act accordingly. I have been paid every time by WSEX. Book to book withdraws takes an hour or two. Check by courier was in my hands in 3 weeks.

This place sucks..... I am NEVER, NEVER going back there. It is pretty much a joke that it is even rated a B+ here.

Requested a FEDEX payout 3 weeks ago and nothing. Pay 50 beans for a payout for 3 weeks and when I call and ask them they just give me some run around.

Last payout took 2 months !

Yes if you get paid by wsex, you are lucky. Do not deposit money on wsex!

these idiots sent me a cashiers check in the mail for 10K instead of four checks for $2500 each from a Canadian bank, and it had no way to contact them to verify funds. My bank claimed in was a fraudulent check and would not take it. They then considered me a risk and closed my account. Thanks so much WSEX.com. there suggestion was that since my bank could not contact their bank, they would have a rep call my bank for me and straighten out the situation. That was a great idea.........not!

Switch bank.

My bank took them with no problem, and clear one day after.
