    Default Betallsports - website lies about limits beware

    I signed up at betallsports believing the MLB limits to be $1.5K as stated on their site:

    So I was shocked when the limit came up as a very low $300... I called and the customer service person told me that MLB limits are $300 across the board. I explained what the website says and she said that betallsports is wagerstreet and if I went to the wagerstreet site I would see the limit of $300. I told her that I would never sign up at wagerstreet because the limits are too low, but she said there was nothing that could be done because those were the limits. She told me that the betallsports website needs to be updated...

    WTF is that... Betallsports down right lies!!! Beware if $300 limits are a concern for you...

    Four days ago I contacted Betallsports via live chat... They told me a manager was going to email the limits to me and why they were not honoring their site limits. I have yet to receive that email...

    It is sad that they post false information and then do nothing about correcting it on their site or honoring their posted information...

    This was actually my first bet with them... They said limits were $300 and for me to look at the wagerstreet sight... The problem is their betallsports site says $1.5K limits and betallsports it where I signed up at.... So...

    Well, just got off live chat right now... They didn't even ask for my account number or anything, but promised to email me the information... lol...

    Maybe they will... I was told they are updating the site soon...

    Now I just have to meet a $14K roll over at $300 a pop... lol... oh what fun...

    wagerstreet made me finish a rollover after they'd cut me to $10. Thankfully it was pretty small.

    I'd see if you can get your deposit refunded.

    They should redirect that website to Wagerstreet if it's not getting updated. We know they don't advertise it and SBR may be one of the few places that still have a link to it. You should be able to get that money in your Greek or even Jamaica account and/or prorate the bonus on the way out. Shoot us an email if mgt. is not available at BAS.

    I just left it alone... They never emailed me anything about why. The customer service rep even went as far as to promise her manager was going to email why. It never happened. I just let it go. I mean I will eventually meet the roll-over and withdrawal. It is just sad that they mislead people like this and do not care about the fraudulent claims on their site.
