unfortently YES. They limit you quick. I tried bet 200-300$/ bet but it doesnt help. you can play about 20 bets then they realize if u sharp( but I guess you are)

Hi, i have account in Eurobet about 1 year, and i made many bets there in every markets, and i'm not limited. Of course if you bet more than 300€ you will be limited soon, but in my opinion is a very good bookmaker with very good odds.

They are stalling me for miserable 40 EUR. I registered, played a few days and they suddenly closed my account without warning on Thursday. They wanted my ID documents as usual, I sent them, but they claim they can not open the attached files. How stupid should a person be to make excuse for something like that. The almost never respond to people's emails. I've sent them about 4 emails of complaints and requested 'call back' twice, but they never responded. After my one of many e-messages they finally responded today, lying that they haven't received the documents yet. Watch out for these frauds and never play big there. The are obviously on the brink of bankrupt, because they lie and steal every penny...

I'n afraid so. I think you last a little longer here if you lose, but I believe they know where their vulnerable lines are and punters who hammer those lines will be limited.

When I signed up I couldn't deposit with neteller. Support told me they had to "activate" this option, so they did. Tried again, didn't worked. They told me they had a technical problem. Two weeks after they still didn't emailed me to tell me neteller worked. Tried and it and it worked. (Customer care = 0) Didn't received my bonus so emailed them. Next morning account temp suspended for verification purposes

No reply to my bonus problem, no follow up email to tell me neteller worked again. They had the time to verify my account weeks before but waited until I made a deposit...

I dont understand one thing, why Eurobet is A- in SBR? I deposited there via their special link to get deposit bonus, i did everything what was written in TC, and i had to chase them for 2 months to get that bonus. Their support is very poor, they can only copy+paste they TC, and it takes for them 2-3 days And after i got that bonus i was limited to peanuts. So the answer i think is YES.

That is probably the best thing for Pontifex to do as well if they are still not replying to emails, speak to the regulator - and from what I know the AGCC is one of the more reputable regulators out there so I would imagine that they will be able to sort things out for you...

I hope you'll get your money. But I am absolutely sure that you knew that they are with bad reputation, you just wanted to get some money out from them. Next time before you deposit in any bookmaker I will give you advice - all of the bookies (or most of them) have KYC program ( know your customer) - they want to verify that you are the real person on your registration. Just Verify with them before you deposit any money. Like I did with Eurobet - I verified 1st to be sure that they will not lock my account ( if you are verified already in most of the times they just can't lock it) deposit after - took 500-600 Euro till they limit me and just stopped with them. Try to do that next time - you'll be pleased.
