The 8th April I was looking for a bet with high rate and I chose
Fiorentina - Cagliari First half with odds 8.5
I placed two bets of 29 and 50 euro (#962021369652 and # 962021366563) and they have accepted all my bets without problems.
Only when the game is finished (11th April) and I won my bets, they have communicated to me that bets were cancelled:

I would really appreciate if anyone who knows could comment on jetbull withdrawals. I have completed the wagering requirement of the bonus and tried to withdraw my winnings, but the withdrawal option brought up a warning message that my account is suspended and contact support which I did and now waiting for their reply. Is it a normal practice with jetbull? To make it clear I sent my ID, bank statment and back and front of the depositing card shortly after registering about 2 months ago.

sorry, but the draw at half time in an Italian Serie A game with odds of 8.5 is clearly wrong and you knew that. Fair odds would have been something between 1.9 and 2.5 probably. It's bad practice to void after the event, but you knew when you bet these odds must have been wrong. Imo the book should pay fair value on the bet, which is not that hard to calculate, but definitely not the full amount

with regards to the other bets that were not voided: were these also bets at incorrect odds, or were this bets on different games with correct odds posted (in which case, ofcourse they should not be voided)

jetbull is a running a well designed website and offering many bonuses to loyal customers, however, they are also known for slow paying at the moment. i have been told that a former manager of the state owned gambling organisation is in charge of jetbull...?! can somebody confirm?

I had a live chat. The operator said that I have to wait an email from the technical department and that he doesn't have information about my problem because it is another departement.
I asked if they have a telephone number but nothing. The other departement is not reacheable.
It's impossible to comunicate with jetbull!!!

apparently judging from the blog of The General SBR has good relations with Jetbull. You can file a complaint with SBR and SBR will contact Jetbull for you.

I can tell you now you have no case to get your money back on your other bets, but perhaps you can get fair odds on the Fiorentina-game if Jetbull wants to show SBR they're helpful

Just wanted to post a quick update. The withdrawal option has been enabled for me after sending an email to 'support'. Will update more when the withdrawal reaches moneybookers.

In regards to the Fiorentina - Cagliari match, JETBULL has the following announcement to make:

It is correct that JETBULL posted odds on the mentioned match of home goal 1.55, no goal 8.5 and away goal 2.95.

As it was a technical mistake on our side, all bets were moved to the first half of the match.

We have acted according to our Term&Conditions (par.2.9) as it is obvious that the no goal odd of 8.5 was not correct (given the fact that the average odd in such situation is usually between 1.9 and 2.4).

JETBULL treats the user's misinterpretation as not fair and incorrect!

All users, who have placed bets on Fiorentina win in the 1st half, and lost it, were given their bets/money back. In addition, we have had more bets on 1 (home goal) than on draw, and none of them complained as these things sometimes do happen.

Odds of 8.0 on a draw are clearly wrong. The book is in its rights to void that, but they should do it before the event begins and notify you.

On the other hand, you bet something that was clearly wrong with a mediocre/bad book. Expect to get screwed when this happens.
