Any time you need anything, a customer service rep spouts off some rule like its written in stone, but every rep has a different interpretation of what each rule means. I know bookmaker is very reputable and most importantly they do pay, but there are several books out there that are much more customer friendly and easier to deal with......thats why I find myself using bm less and less each year.

Actually sir, they do not pay us to get on here and help customers that have issues with the book. We just do it to help out, there was a mistake because someone was misinformed but it happens and the important thing is that we are doing all this to help solve this thread. So please keep that in mind.

And then they get nasty with the customers.

Time for damage control there bookmaker.

Wow. I couldn't have managed to make a better outcome if I had planned it. I post a confusion. Two CS reps both post exactly contradictory statements as truth.

    Thanks guys.

PS: If either of you guys are the rep I called a "cocksmoke", lol.

I don't play at bookmaker, but had an old cris account. Recently, to my surprise, I found a small amount deposited -through a SBR contest- into this account. I realized that I might as well give it to charity. It would take forever to build it up into anything significant, and would make even less sense to take it out.

A $60 withdrawal fee is fine for larger amounts, but not for the peanuts that are paid out to SBR contest winners. On an individual basis people will shrug it off as insignificant, but when you add it all up, it is clear that a large percentage of all SBR contest winnings paid into bookmaker accounts is taken out by bookmaker.

    Just something to consider.

    DH,

You get a free withdrawal once a month. I don't see what your complaint is.

As it stands now the money was withdrawn from my account. Cedrick takes a decisive early lead over Mario.

Fellow posters, let me apologize for the confusion that has been caused in this thread, the information posted by me on the very first thread is not the most updated one, therefore, I will edit that post letting you all know the right information, but that has been already cleared by my co-workers. Once again, my apologies for the whole situation.

Personally I've been happy with the Cris group. Been winning nice portion of my bets in their books lately and they have free netwallet (Moneybookers, Neteller) payouts on Fridays (for all of us residing in countries where netwallets are allowed.)

They do have slightly higher juice on many markets than some other books, but good limits and original pricing offsets that a bit. There's often plenty of good bets to play there.

CONFUSED HERE? Did anyone say you were paid to come here and help customers??? I was making the point in your book's favor, that bookmaker does pay its clients(eventually). Once again the language barrier may be the root of most of bookmakers customer service woes.
