I spoke to Cynthia, a CSR, and she promised me a 50% deposit bonus if I deposited. I deposited and when I went to claim get my 50% deposit bonus I was told she was not authorized to grant that bonus.

Have been playing there a few months anyway and it is a joke book with bad lines, low limits, and poor customer service.

They offered if to me because they left a line up after the game started and then cancelled my wager claiming I knew the game started (which I did not).

Same 2-3 day payouts for me once processed. Processing can take 4-5 days, which is way too long and think they're really hoping that you lose in the interim.
