I'm new to the SBR world, but I'd like to add my voice to the growing chorus of complaints. Always had a great experience for years with Bodog. Requested my first payout from new "Bovada" April 7th and I'm getting THE SAME EXACT emails/excuses as everyone else.
I'm patient, and I can understand a couple of weeks...no big deal. But a month+???
Any thoughts about seeking resolution? Thanks!

Funny that I am nearing business day 25 in waiting, but they continue to send me email excuses saying to "be patient, it takes on average 15 business days." What kind of "service" is that???
I'm not claiming that they'll NEVER pay, as I am hopeful that Bovada will come through for me and others. But let this serve as a warning to anyone who may be considering making a deposit at Bovada.

File a complaint with SBR. They may be able to help. Never had a problem getting paid form Bodog either, when I used them 3/4 years ago. Then I discovered there were superior shops and have not used them since. Glad I switched.
This is horrible!!! I requested a payout for in Oct 2012. Did not recieve my check until late Nov. Could not cash my check becausek would not accept it. Luckily my bank returned the check to me, otherwise, i would have no proof
For some reason my bank declining the check was not sufficient enough for to release the back to my account to so I can do a wire, so Bovada tells me I have to ask for a stop payment...I did on Nov 29. In December (15 days later) I find out Bovada issued the on the incorrect check. I ask them to issue the stop payment again on Dec 20. It is now Jan 31, 2013 and i'm still waiting for my stop payment. I've been waiting 4 months!!!!
They keep telling me that their bank has not got back to them. What bank does not get back to you within a few days!?!?!? They've been waiting over a month for a simple response their bank?
So i'm waiting for the stop payment, then I will request a wire. Whenever I finally get my account funded to do the wire, i'm still waiting ~15 days after the wire request to get my money. If a miracle happens, at best, i'll have my money in my actual bank acct in almost HALF A YEAR!!!!...but that is optimistic thinking! Being a realist, I am preparing myself to have my money ~7-10 months after my original request.
I have never had this issue with other sites like oddsmake (another large book). As a matter of fact, i've recieved and cashed 2 r since this whole ordeal.
I have been extremely patient, but now I must voice myself!

I want to say they had this problem paying out 5 or 6 years ago when they were bodog I never got paid waited 4 months got frustrated after seeing Calvin Ayre strutting around in promo ads. I ended up losing the money I was withdrawing. They eventually paid from what I here Do not give up

Garcia I sadly gambled away my pending withdrawl after waiting about 4 months. I do remember it was around 2K. I do know I went to a forum ,maybe this one and others had similar stories and probs with bodog at the time , but they eventually got paid. Seems like it went on for close to a year. If they have poker room you might want to also post on 2+2 poker forum.

looks like bovada operates just like sportsbook.ag and makes timely payments to sbr and will never be downgraded. i strongly believe slow is a calculated move to get a large percentage of bettors to grow frustrated and cancel withdrawls and gamble more.

After reading all these past posts, it is very obvious that bovada is using slow pay tactics to frustrate customers and in hopes that those people will gamble the money in waiting. People need to stop playing at books that take longer than 10 business days to pay.
Also Id love to know wtf is SBR doing having bovada as an A book. This is the problem with this site, you want to be able to trust these ratings but any moron can figure out that what bovada is doing is wrong. They should have been downgraded.
